The location, cleanliness, and the nice public bath were very satisfying.

The room was very tiny. The bed was okay, but there wasn't any space to open the suitcase. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. They performed their tasks mechanically without any compassion as if they were robots. That was very unusual in Japan.

Like the open bath. 1st time. They explained everything very well. Enjoy my stay and my soak.

Smallish room, but quite good for a couple of days. The bathroom is cramped for my height (183 cm).

It made getting around the city so convenient for us. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance, which added to the comfort of our stay.A special shoutout to the front office team—especially the three friendly and helpful female staff, and one outstanding Chinese-speaking lady who went above and beyond for us. Her service was extraordinary, and together, the team truly deserves a "Best Employee" award. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable.What really touched us was the small but sincere gesture—lending us an umbrella when it rained. That simple act, along with their consistent care, made us feel genuinely welcomed. I've traveled extensively across the world and stayed in many hotels across different continents, but this experience stands out as one of the most heartfelt and memorable.We have fallen in love with this APA Hotel and the memories it has given us. I will definitely return with my family in the future. If the room had just 20 more square feet, it would have made a big difference—there wasn't quite enough space for our luggage. Also, the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. These are small points, and overall, everything else was excellent. With these minor improvements, it would be absolutely perfect.??

Location next to Public transport

The smell. The arrival. The 4.5% processing fee for any CC transactions (they’ll dispute me on this but I saw the difference price booking charged me versus on site and it had nothing to do with total charges and all with method of payment/something I didn’t experience in my 2 weeks throughout Japan accommodations or businesses.) The TINY room. The lack of plugs for tech charging— not a single USB plug and only 1-2 plugs, the hard bed, and the floor matt-type pillows. The humidity in the rooms… run from this chain, don’t understand the hype.

Perfectly located at Exit #8 of Tanimachi 4-chime Station. A few minutes walk to Osaka Castle. The room is small, but sufficent. The beds are even for European standards large and very comfy. Don‘t be afraid of traffic outside. The window blocks is perfectly off.

Clean, organized, easy to check in and out. The genyo was also in great condition.

Great value for money, kind and helpful staff, great sento and sauna. Breakfast was good as well.

Size of room a little small. Room only cleaned once in 3 days. All those towels left to be collected can use up limited space.

Would absolutely recommend staying here! Very helpful staff, clean rooms and very close to metro and Osaka castle.

The location is convenient to reach either by train or car. There is a train station just outside where the hotel is. And there’s also a coin parking across the street since the parking underground is only up to about 8 cars.

The toilet and shower room is cramped and can only comfortably fit smaller people.

The room was quite clean. The hotel was quiet. The staff was helpful and the services were well organised.

The room had part of the blackout curtain missing so there was some light coming in my room.

Price was great for a holiday weekend. Room was clean, though a bit small... To be expected for a business hotel.

Check in was very easy The room was well designed for Japan with everything accessible from the bed or desk. Breakfast was a treat with western options and Japanese staples.The Onsen was large, mostly empty and had a sauna, hot pool and a cold plunge pool

Only one suitcase could be opened at one time

It was satisfactory in a general sense. Right next to an underground railway exit, walking distance of Osaka Castle and Q's mall. The room, albeit not huge but was sufficient for 2 and luggage. The presence of the onsen basically makes the the tube in the room non-essential, unless you're body shy.

Being in the business district and right next to an elevated expressway, there's little view to be had. You'll also need to make use of the internet to locate food places and shopping places around since there's nothing flashy that will lead you the way.

Family Mini Mart is nearby within 1 to 2-minute walk.The room is clean and neat.Is more hygienic and great that hotel is providing paper cups.

Is feeling uncomfortable when walking into the room on a narrow walkway!Unexpected that the room is small and compact with fully equipped as per photos viewed before booking.It's just enough for just sleeping....The window was not viewable out and only can be opened a little..There was no interest place to walk around nearby, especially during night time.
