MERBABU STAY OSAKA

Merbabu was very modern and clean. We stay in a double room and a triple room which provided plenty of spaces for our family of 5. We were on the same floor so connecting with our kids was super convenient while we could still enjoy our private time together. Staff cleaned, prepared our rooms with fresh amenities every single day which is quite rare these days. Both of our rooms have a washer and a drying functioned bath room fan that wiuld dry our clothes when we were sleeping or out exploring, just need to soap which can be found easily at a convenient store close by for a few $.This is quite a plus since we had a few days of rain during our stay in late December, it saved our precious time and trouble finding a laundrymat. Overall we were glad we found this accomation and we appreciate details that the owner has provided for a wonderful stay.

I wish the instructions of checking in was provided ahead of time. We were a little struggling w.how to register or name, take pictures of our passports and doing the same for the second room. The hotel was on a business district so there was not a lot of restaurants available and some time they closed early or over the weekend probably due to not a lot of customers in off business hours.

They have everything you need there minimal contact with anyone.

There was no staff upon check in, just instructions.

The hotel was located at a business district. It was quiet and had a lot of convenient stores nearby. It was within walking distance to the subway station which was nice. There's an elevator and luggage storage in the lobby.The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed sheets/towels were changed and toiletries were replenished daily. There was a washer and hangers were provided to allow clothes to dry in the shower. Toiletries and instant coffee/tea were provided. There was mini fridge, microwave, and small table with two chairs to sit and eat.

The hotel does not have a reception desk or receptionist which made it difficult to have our luggage delivered from another hotel. We had to check-in using one of their computers located on-site upon arrival but the instructions never informed us of this. The elevator has a security camera built-in where you can see what the people are doing in the elevators as you stand waiting for the elevator to come down to the lobby. The lobby can get quite cramped if there's a lot of luggage stored and the housekeeping is working/putting stuff away.

I would like to get more clear instructions for the self check in. It was a bit confusing.

This accommodation has a self-check in concept. Instructions were sent to us in advance. It worked out fine. Everything was very modern. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small kitchenette (without utensils, dishes and such). The building has an elevator. There is an option for temporary luggage storage. The location is convenient, close to the station, with shops and restaurants nearby.

One of the best places I‘ve ever stayed. Clean and comfortable apartments (despite the limited space in a large city). Immaculately clean in shape. Seamless check-in and check-out procedure with number codes. Very nice location in a quieter neighborhood half way between the bustling areas of Umeda and Namba / Dotomdori, but well connected by Metro and with a number of pleasant restaurants, bars and coffee places around. Perfect for a city stay in Osaka.

Spacious and excellent facilities. It had a kitchenette with an electric hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The wet room also had a fast dehumidifier so it meant that we were able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times during our stay so a huge plus. It also had a projector for TV. Close to Hommachi metro station, a couple of stops away from main Osaka station.

It was a little far to walk to central Osaka, however good value for money for apartment.

The room is so clean and comfortable to stay-in, I also like the good smell of entire room including the beddings, separate comfort room from bath room, fully equipped with appliance such as ref, microwave, kettle, cooking stove, washing machine, and flat iron. Daily housekeeping and overflowing supplies of coffee, tea and toiletries. I am impressed with the fully automated lights and airconditioning system and fully controlled heating system. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

Property is in quite area. 20 minutes walk from centre and 7 minutes walk from closes subway Property is very clean and stuff is happy to help.Very easy selfcheck in.Even though we arrived past check in time didn’t have any issues Would highly recommend the property and would book there again without hesitation

No cutlery or crockery so the kitchen was useless. The motion sensor lighting would turn on regardless of time making an early morning trip to the toilet wake up every one

Distance a bit far from the station

Self service but that meant many things were confusing, especially the lights and projector. would sometimes go on randomly and some dude's pictures were projected from the room. It was a bit strange.

I like the cleanliness, the tidyness, It's near from dotonbori, Osaka castle.

Maybe the checkout. I think atleast add a hour. Make it 11am or something.

Good location, good facilities. Easy to get to any key areas and near good cafes.

Only issue was sometimes we left some used towels to be collected and they weren’t, but that may have been our fault.

The technology and bath/shower facilities were amazing. Great daily cleaning service. Comfortable beds and good double size beds.

Just a little bit more walking to train stations. But really close to osaka castle.

Excellent value for money and location. Very clean. Drying function in the bathroom was helpful.

No plates or cutlery, only paper cups, despite the full kitchenette. Also a good washing machine but you have to provide your own washing detergent.

We liked the location as it was close to restaurants, train station and grocery stores
