Large room
The staff are very helpfull. The service is excellent.
The shuttle bus starts too late and ends too early.
Very upscale hotel. It was a nice 'splurge' at the end of our trip. We chose it because of the central location within Osaka and we wanted as much assistance and convenience as we could get to navigate the city and our airport transit. Restaurant, bar, pool, breakfast were all exceptional. The area to the back of the hotel was a forested garden that connected to a maze of restaurants in a fun traditional setting. Half a block to the Umeda Big., Very near many malls - all walkable. Concierge very helpful to navigate city, and transit.
Nothing. I do wish we had eaten sooner at the hotel restaurant. It was way better than the nearby restaurants we tried.
Great. A wide selection of food items. Loved the omelet station where omelet is cooked per your order.Ate at the Chinese restaurant for my bday dinner and the best food I’ve had in a long time! Best service and loved the atmosphere. The chef even wrote special bday message on dessert plate .
Didn’t like that my 10 yr old granddaughter could use the pool ..the pool was the main reason I booked this hotel.
The breakfast is exceptional; the rooms are very spacious especially for Japan. It is a short walk to the centre of the city and easy access to the train station.
Very clean, amazing staff
Ridiculous for that price and a 5-Star hotel to pay extra in order to use the pool. Shocking! 3 nights in a row noises from above but the hotel did offer us to change the room.
The room was very comfortable. Location was pretty good.
Almost a next to none selection of vegetarian options both at breakfast and in the menu
Excellent room amenities. Very clean and comfortable.
Few breakfast menu choices.
The rooms were spacious, well-decorated with enough amenities as expected from a 5* hotel. The check-in and check-out processes went really smooth and fast. The staff were always helpful and available. The breakfast was good.
The breakfast hall looks to be small for the hotel at high seasons. The variety of bread also can be improved.
It was perfect for us. A great location. Luxurious , if a little dated. Outstanding staff. Superbly clean.
Nice garden outside. Kids could enjoy feeding fish.
We were put in the floor that has recently been renovated, the smell of the new carpet was overbearing. Could hardly sleep. No in room dining after 8:30.
Restaurants were not family friendly. The room was small and both my daughter and I felt a bit itchy from the bedding
We loved every minute of our stay in the hotel! The rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. We had rooms cleaned every day and re-stock of amenities daily. Room service meals were delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Good location with a regular bus service to/from the station. Room was good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good although the same choices every day! Staff were excellent.
Gym was free (as Marriott Bonvoy) but was small and limited. Didn’t fancy the restaurants but there were some good alternatives in walking distance of the hotel.
Only the location and room cleanes.
Very lethargic staff , no one is bothered what the guest wants
Outstanding service, beautiful room, and such a comfortable bed. It is right next to the Skyview, Observatory, and right near Umeda Station so very conveniently located.
By the time I had got out of the taxi, they had already got the bags out and were helping take them to the room. The staff were absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. The stay at the Westing was sensational and the food was also amazing, both the in room service and the breakfast menu.
One day the breakfast area was so popular I had to wait. But the wait was worth it because the food was amazing.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and baby cot were provided!
