Pros +
- Hotel location was great with lots of good restaurant options around. It was also walking distance to Kishiwada Castle, which was what we went there for.
- This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located, especially when you need to get to the airport. It's a 3-minute walk to the train station; a 15-minute walk to Kishiwada Castle and Kishiwada Danjiri; and about 12 minutes to Kishiki Shrine. It's very easy to get to Osaka — a direct train to Namba Station takes 30 minutes. The room is clean and quiet. I slept very well! The coin laundry is very convenient and works well. I still don't speak Japanese very well, but the Front Desk staff spoke very simply, I'm very grateful for this. I wasn't sure if I understood the explanation about breakfast correctly, so the staff gave me a card with instructions in English. Very thoughtful and convenient!Speaking of breakfast, I couldn't try it the first time because of my early flight. This time, I stayed for two nights specifically to visit some sights and try the breakfast. You have to order it the day before, choosing from two options: traditional Japanese or European. Of course, I chose the Japanese breakfast! The hotel gave me a unique opportunity to try what I had seen in movies and doramas. And it was the most delicious breakfast of my life! A kitchen staff member thoughtfully brought me breakfast and explained what the dishes were. To my shame, I didn't ask his name, I'm so sorry. His care and the amazing taste of the homemade food gave me a new, very warm feeling — not just a tourist, but a guest. It was an amazing end to my trip, and these warm memories are now my treasures.Next time, I will stay at this hotel again and choose a later flight so that I can enjoy your wonderful breakfast.I would be grateful if you could forward my thanks to the kitchen staff. And thanks to the entire hotel team for their hard work and hospitality!
- The hotel is located near the station. It is very easy to get from Namba station in Osaka. A great option for staying if you need to be at the Kansai Airport early in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English if the guest does not understand something. As in other hotels of the chain, there is a paper crane at the head of the bed - very cute and authentic. The size of the room is quite comfortable. The bathroom is not big, but comfortable. To open the window, you need to ask the front desk employee. It is very convenient that there is a quick check-out option - just put a room card in the machine next to the elevator.I would like to visit Kishiwada again to go to Kishiwada Castle and Inari Shrine in Kishiki Shrine. And also to stay at this hotel again and try breakfast.
Cons -
- We could not control the temperature in the room. We saw notices saying that during certain parts of the year they switch their coolnig to heating, and the aircon doesn't work during this time, so even if the room was hot, there was no way for us to cool it down, which made our stay quite uncomfortable as we found the temperature to be too warm for our liking.
- Everything was perfect.
- There was a long black and hard hair on the bed. Definitely not mine, because mine are short brown and soft.

There was a long black and hard hair on the bed. Definitely not mine, because mine are short brown and soft.
Nice area, although relatively far away from downtown Osaka, but quickly reached from Kansai airport. Classic APA standards, always good for the price. In a small quiet street next to other streets with more activity.
Arriving at night, with no internet, I struggled a bit to locate the small street where the entrance is located, but it is mostly my fault. Just check well how to reach the hotel from the train station.
It is located near a fun and bustling thoroughfare. Also it's not far from the Bayside Mall, a grocery store, and many shops and restaurants. Many amenities are on site. A train station is very close by! I liked seeing Kishiwada castle.
I liked how the hotel had a lot of amenities on the 4th floor. It was very convenient to go to the in-hotel 7-11 and also the baths. The hotel was also very conveniently located, close to dotonburi and also had many subway stations nearby.
The rooms were a bit small and cramped, especially with large bags. But that's understandable considering where the hotel is located and the price we paid for the room.
Staff and their service is good
The room is not comfortable and very small, and its not worth the payment.
Small but cozy and comfortable place . Very good staff and nice service.
Breakfast was great but would be nice If they have some juice .
The hotel location is in a quiet street close to train station, shopping street, and the main tourist attractions. The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. It is also close to KIX airport and suited us to catch an early morning flight.
The reception is on level 2 (luckily there is a lift), so there is not much foyer space for a group to meet.
It's near in subway station going to Namba.. transfer to Kyoto. Everyday cleaning.
Good location.
The strong smell of cigarette lingering in the room when checked in. The ventilation does not help to suck from a room that had smokers smoking in their room, which therefore spread to next door.
Normal.
Worth it's price. But inside the room it was so hot and we couldn't change the temperature of air conditioner by ourselves because it was automatically set by the hotel. Window was locked so I called the front and requested to open the window. The staff was nice but the window was the worst.I have never seen this type of window in my life.
TV, cleanliness, staff attitude and service.
Room was small, bathroom was tiny, bed not comfortable, price shot up from 8000 to 18000 after adding second day.
Convenient location.Economical
The hotel looks little bit old.The lobby area is so small and no inviting. This place is just to sleep.
The room is not very big, but it equipped with all the facilities and especially the bathroom come with bathtub and all the necessity..in two sets for both gender . impressed..The location is near to train station and some tourist spot..Highly recommend for this hotel, value for money
Value for money. Comfortably clean room.
Luke many Japanese cheap hotels the entrance was dated. But given the rooms are good and the price i really did not mind.
so close to train station and friendly staff
dirty bathroom and no air conditioner
Property room quite
Near to the train station.
Difficult to find from the train station.
Loved the location, convenient for sightseeing and airport.
