Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex

The location was excellent. Breakfasts were good and rooms were clean too.

Room was very cramped, especially for 2 people

The breakfast was great, rooms were clean and quiet. Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from 3 different train lines.

Rooms were a bit cramped. I am used to small Japanese hotels and had hoped it was a bit larger since it is a bit more expensive than some others, but no larger.

Location and price.

Front desk service was less than desired. Also, at ~8:00 p.m., the front desk failed to answer the phone. Maybe if the phone calls would roll over to the Hotel's operator after, it would help, instead of continually ringing with no one picking it up

The location is good. Very close to airport shuttle bus and shopping malls.

Room temperature was very warm. I called the front desk and they told me to open a window.

Room : enough facility; Refrigerator, TVLocation : comfortable near center transportation.Breakfast : Good taste, have various of food to select.

Room : Small area space, I have big luggage, which can't lay in floor. I must place it in front of toilet's door.Toilet in room : The door very near toilet equipment.

The hotel is very close to the Osaka station etc. and convenient. It's easy to find, staff was helpful, and surrounded by eateries (mostly bars).

I stay in this hotel for the third time, just like last time , I requested for a room facing the Railway tracks so I could take photos and videos of Hankyu Railway, I was given a room with really good view, even better than last time. The room is small but that is typical in Japan, but the location is excellent. The hotel is old so no matter what it is not as new as the latest hotel but it is the cheapest and location is great. So the price is reasonable.

Just an old hotel, I think it is about time for the hotel to do a room renovation. But nothing more.

Room is clean but a bit small.Location is good, surrounded by restaurants, shops within few mins. walk. 5 mins walk to Osaka-Umeda and 15 mins walk to JR. Big "Yodobashi" building on the way to JR that have everything you need.

Car park for the hotel. If you drive, you have to used the car park near the hotel 3,000 yen/night (there are area in front of the hotel but belong to another car park company.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic staff, good value

Walking distance to train station, mall and convenience stores.

Very big rooms for downtown Osaka with excellent sleeping options for a family of three.Very close to metro and airport bus terminal.Plenary of dinner options as one would expect next to the train station.

Old. No coin laundry. Can’t buy breakfast until morning

Shower pressure is perfect.

I know it is an old facility and can't complain about anything, but it is old.

Staff is nice and helpful. Check-In is with computer like many hotels in Japan. The room is clean, has a water cooker and a window that can be opened. The location is great, close to all train/subway transportation, shopping, restaurants....

The room is small, no storage under the bed, and to watch TV, one has to sit sideways on the bed. Hotels in the cities are expensive, and very small, at least make them comfortable and functional

Location to Osaka/Umeda station. The staff provided excellent service and were vey attentive. Online support was also attentive as I left an item in my room after check and immediately got a response on how to have the item mailed to me after I sent an email.

❌❌❌The hotel is quite old, the furniture is old, the lobby smells of grilled meat all the time, not sure where it comes from, but more importantly, the room cannot be air-conditioned because it is a central air-conditioning system, there is no personal air-conditioner in the room, making it quite hot at night and unable to adjust the temperature, having to open the window, which can only be opened a little bit, and there is loud noise from the construction outside, when windows opened.

Good location to the all the amenities in Umeda and the airbus shuttle.

There is no real air conditioning, it is an air fan. So the room is a bit stuffy in such a season.Outside of the window is a railway, I was lucky to take earplugs with me.The hotel has very limited space for breakfast, I was told to call for a seat at 7:00am for a seat, but when I called at the time, it was sold out.

Great location and clean hotel, small rooms, but very workable and good value.
