The rooms were in line with a Japanese hotel style. It was clear the hotel isn't new, but they did a good job in renovating the spaces. Staff was absolutely brilliant, with a special mention to our main host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The bathrooms were quite small and cramped. Ventilation was an issue, as well as storage space. But it's Japan, so we have to take that into consideration. The restaurant was really busy, mainly with very rude guests from a specific country (not Japan)

Service, space and location

The location is close to Juso station (about 6 minutes walk) on Hankyu JR line.

The washroom is raised and the ceiling is pretty low as a result. The step is high going into the washroom.

The room was exactly as it was pictured. While it was small, it was perfect for the couple night stay. The view from the upper floor was extremely nice as well. The staff were also friendly and the check in was easy. The gym also has a good selection of equipment. The location was also well connected to the other sections of the city.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Also the limitations with enjoying the wellness with tattoos, but that is not an exclusive limitation to this hotel.

Really big rooms, with x4 single beds and it was spacious with closet and dresser for make-up. It had a fridge and a coffee machine and chest of drawers to place clothes. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean. Breakfast was a good selection of Asian and Western choices with pancake machine for the kids. They had laundry room which was in the basement. The staff was so helpful to assisted with the luggage transfer to our next hotel. The hotel was located 7min walk to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops near by. A little removed from central Osaka but was useful location to get to Kyoto. We also had an amazing view of Osaka from the 17th floor and took 25mins to walk to the Umeda Sky Building.

Just a bit dated, the closet shutters could also have been dusted.

Staff was very nice and approachable. It was clean.

It is very old, it creaked and had the “old building smell”, bathroom is VERY loud and their ac unit is difficult to use.

Absolutely amazing. The room is big and clean, but what really impressed me is the exceptional service. A 10/10 stay.

Nice and clean easy to get to and the room where ok for the price and size everything in japan is small this one had the right amount of space. Beds are small but if only there to crash and go is not a big deal . The breakfast buffet was good. Was not able to used the pool due i have tattoos so be aware. Overall is good place to stay

The hotel staff were friendly and provided good customer service throughout our stay. Check-in was a unique experience—they brought us to a holding area on the 3rd floor where we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. They also pointed out where we could get free coffee and tea at any time, which we appreciated.The hotel itself is clearly older, and that shows in its design and facilities. Still, it was clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Breakfast was decent, though my son and I have seafood allergies, so our options were limited. Thankfully, the rest of our family enjoyed the spread. Gift shops were great, friendly, and helpful folks! There is a man there that, if you ever watch John Wick, the movie, the desk clerk looks and speaks just like him, my son thinks he's the world. He was very professional and helpful in many ways. The restaurant on the 19th floor is a bit expensive, but it was a good experience. The Wagyu was amazing, my first time having it. Everything was explained for each dish, and the service was stunning!Overall, it was a pleasant experience with attentive staff, even if the property could use a bit of updating.

The hotel was decent overall, but a few things made our stay uncomfortable. We were charged an unexpected extra fee of 600 yen per day for our family of three, which wasn’t clearly mentioned during booking. When I asked, I was told it was “just a hotel fee” with no further explanation.Breakfast was also disappointing—no vegetarian options or accommodations for seafood allergies, which made it risky for my child and me. We skipped breakfast on our last day because it wasn’t worth the risk.Lastly, the floor that offered free tea and coffee was closed both times we tried to visit. These small inconveniences added up and made the experience less enjoyable than we’d hoped.

Clean, modern and quiet. Great rooms!

I found the buffet restaurant a little hit pricey and the cafe did not have options for breakfast.

The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. The hotel was very clean. Just a few minutes’ walk to Juso Station, which makes it easy to get anywhere.

Breakfast was really good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Great location

Hotel room was beyond small. An extra cot had been added to a room that was clearly designed for one person, making it almost impossible to move around. No space for suitcases. We were offered the possibility of a larger room for a substantial price increase. Not acceptable. Not recommended.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are amazing.

Sometimes the lineup for breakfast was very long.

Location was good. Room was decent.

The room smelled of tobacco smoke. I asked about it and was simply told “no.” There was no effort to accommodate us or offer a different room. There was no effort to explain amenities included or nearby. Staff spoke minimal English.

Big hotel & single room is a bit more spacious & bright comparing to other I’ve stayed. Within walking distance to Juso bus & train station that will reach Osaka Umeda station in 10 mins. Surrounding has a lot of izakaya, ramen and 7/11 open till late.

The - points are the huge noise when I flush the toilet, and some of the breakfast staffs were very cold and rude. Others were fine and attentive.
