This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at so far. ??Very secure, breakfast was good. It’s RIGHT next to a train station AND inside a shopping complex this place is a dream location. Access to food, access to shops, access to public transport and even a nice little free coffee machine in the room. Superior rooms are ?? we had a great time. Nothing disliked about it at all! They had two kinds of pillow so you can choose what’s better for you. It is a tad expensive but worth it ?? price is TOTALLY justifiable for all that you get at this location. Absolute dream. Thanks for having us! We will be back!
Breakfast was great (Japanese and Western), room is small but hotel is on a great spot over the JR and M lines so was great location to do all trips and only sleep over :-)We all got cozy PJs
Location
Staff not helpful just fobbed us off when we asked for their help to enquire about our lost property at another Keihan Hotel
Location was amazing. Easy and immediate access to the metro station, also a mall with plenty of food for a convenient meal and shopping options. Room and facilities were clean and staff was helpful. easy check-in / check-out
The only complaint was, I had gotten a room with 2 twin beds and there simply wasn't enough space to fully open our suitcases. If sharing a room I would make sure its big enough or consider separate rooms.
Hotel is near to the station. Very convenient. Lots of food options in the mall nearby. Room is small but clean. Laundry service was helpful.
Breakfast spread is excellent and delicious. Location is beside Kyobashi Station and accessible to lot of places and my workplace. There are alot of shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel cleaning staff did not tidy up my bed or probably did not change my bedsheet even though I have stayed there for 4 nights
Location
Hotel can’t prepare small breakfast to go as we need to check out earlier before their restaurant open. Even though we already paid for our breakfast.
Location is next to train station and able to access to many places in Kansai. The bathroom standing shower is good to use. Enjoy.
The reception staff were not friendly when they heard me speaking in English. I am very upset with the attitude from some of staff when they turn cold. When I went to other hotel in Japan, the reception staff would try their best to serve and translate their language in some ways. There is no staff offering the help move our luggage to level 1. My family did it ourselves.
Close to Kyobashi station so easy to travel around Osaka. Also right next to a mall so good food close. We stay here whenever we visit Osaka.
For light sleepers they might find the noise from nearby station annoying but didn't bother us.
great breakfast, staff always helpful, room and bed are comfy. I stay here for second time already in love with this hotel
Since I was alone to stay, the size of the room was just right. I love the location, very convenient
Laundro mat. After 2.5 hr, my clothes were still very dumped.
Next to train station, very convenient.
Room was too small. The second room on 16 Oct was much more spacious.
Location
Small space and old furniture
Perfect location, clean and comfortable, not the first time.
Location is perfect- right at the train station, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is well sized for Japan, very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were very handy and easy to use.
There was a bit of a funky smell coming out of the elevator - I think carpets need a deep clean or to be renewed.
Location was very convenient.
Rooms are too small and cramped. Someone even left the armchair in the hallway. Carpet needs to be replaced. Hallway is too dark.
Amazing location. Huge shopping center there. Steps from train station. Breakfast was huge and tasty. Great spot to serve as hub to explore the city.
