Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba

Location

Cleanness bathroom drain

The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped arrange luggage transfer to our next hotel, they had 6 washers and 6 dryers

Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice. And it's really near in rhe centre. Walking distance to the train station,

Location was very optimal (very close to train stations, very close to Dotonbori Street and tourist attractions).

Rooms are small, but this is expected in Japan. I unfortunately did not have enough space to actually open my suitcase, since I had a full-size bed in the room, which consumed most of the space.

The hotel is located near to Namba Station, easily entering/exiting Namba Walk via a staircase located near the hotel's entrance. You can still easily walk to Namba Station if you do not feel like or have difficulty using the staircase. It has a Lawsons and 7-eleven nearby. The hotel facilities were very clean and the staff were very friendly. You can check in early but can only enter your room after 3pm . There is luggage storage at B1F, subjected to availability but it is a decent amount of storage.

Great location for transportation and to explore Osaka; easy to get transportation for day trips from Osaka and for transportation to KIX.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

Suppeeerrr convenient location! Right in front of multiple station entrances and just a few minutes from Dontonburi! Great location! Great facility!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are staff that can speak English which makes things a lot easier. They helped me with my lost item efficiently. Just steps away from the attractions and metro station. I am very happy with my stay here.

The worst hotel in Japan

Rude staffSmelly roomDid not clean our room for 3 daysDemanded us to pay for checking out 25 minutes late which was caused by their elevators being always full

Friendly staff, clean hotel

Construction work going on outside the location by the Osaka local government.

The location was close to Dotonbori. The room itself was clean

The bed was a bit too firm with only one pillow

Just near TRAIN station.

Too greedy.People like me from international, sometimes we adjust from time zone sleep. So, I asked if I can extend like 35 mins. They charged me without mercy, for 1000 Yen.In America, they allow atleast an hour extension or check-in either way.The bed are not international standard queen size. I booker for 2 adults and 2 kids Toyoko Inn has twin beds or good for one person to sleep only.

Location location location. Reasonable prices and extremely helpful front desk staff!! Almost literally next to Shimshaibaishi ( ok have to cross the road) and 300m from bus station for the airport bus ( OCAT). Check in/out and luggage handling ( before and after checkin was seemless as there are free lockers for storage ( assuming non peak periods). Will recommend and come again.

Due to peak period, had to stay in smoking room and some of the smoking rooms reeks of extremely strong smells.

Great location. Room was small but okay for the price.

A bit small room but manageable.

Close to dotonbori and I liked the staff

The bed is a bit uncomfortable and you can hear the motorcycles at night zooming which wakes you up

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the train station and close to the iconic Dotonbori and Namba Parks. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Add more pillows in the room please

Close to the metro, easy access to food places. Dotonburi was walking distance for us. On site laundry was a plus.

The beds were a little harder than I would have liked.

Location. Value

Bed was uncomfortable

Amazing location, great facilities, clean, good breakfast, coin laundry available, luggage storage and coffee in lobby.

Superb location. Close to shopping street, night life, and train station, be it the airport train or city train. The facility is less for more, it’s down to the earth but has everything to offer to the traveler. The room I got is the corner and I can unpack the baggage easily with space to walk. The bed has space below for the baggage.

Need to wait for elevator when it’s peak time.
