Hotel Il Cuore Namba

Location of hotel is really good for tourlist. Close to subway/train station and airport remousin bus stop. And if you want to shop near Dotombori, this hotel could be the best.

The location was amazing as it's right next to Namba station. We also needed to get to Itami airport and the airport limousine was across the street. The staff were nice and the room itself was very spacious. We were able to have our luggages opened on the floor as packed where most other locations we stayed at, we would have to have it on the bed. We were also delighted to be walking distance to Den Den town and Dotonburi

The bathroom had a weird odor. The window wasn't double-paned so the sound of motorcycles at night would wake me up. Lastly you can't control the exact temperature in your room as they just gave use access to turn on or off the heater. It was a bit too hot so we ended up having the heater off and the window cracked open during the day

Hotel is located in a good neighborhood were you will have access to train station Beds were comfortable and also staffs were so friendly

The location is good, walking distance to the Namba station and Dotonburi. Bed was comfortable enough. Finally a bathroom that did not feel like entering a space capsule! They provide you with bath salt as well. Pleasant place to stay.

I like the spacious lobby and free drink such as coffee and tea, very close to train station and shops spot area, easy to access food etc

5min walk to namba station. Luggage storage, day time staff was nice, night time staff was terrible. Good washer/dryer area.

Mold in the bathroom, light was not working, the non-smoking room smelled strong of cigarettes, staff laughed at us when we asked for a new room, new room was dirty and we actually sanitized the bathroom ourselves. Location was somewhat in a less nice area of namba (graffiti on the walls)

I appreciate the attention received during my stay; however, there were several aspects that were disappointing.First, the air conditioning stopped working around 11 p.m., which caused the room to become very hot and made it difficult to rest properly.Additionally, the internet connection in the room was not working, which was quite inconvenient.I reported these issues and, although the air conditioning was fixed remotely around 6 p.m., it failed again at 11 p.m. Since there was no staff at the lobby during the night, I had to spend the entire night without air conditioning.Considering the price of the room, I would appreciate greater attention to the maintenance of the facilities and better availability of staff to address situations like this.I hope these aspects can be improved in the future.

It’s very old shower head was leaking

Good location and only walking distance to the bustling Dontobori and Shinbashi. Good base when you want to visit Nara as well. Room is nice.

The room interior is outdated,with some classy touch to it.It is very noisy due to the thin glass windows. We stayed at 9th floor and basically heard every sound of revving motorcycle passing by below ,as of there were no windows installed.

Good location. Very close for public transportation. Room was not big but ok. Clean. Staff was good.

Flight delayed in arrival and arrive in the hotel at about 1am. One night stay only. It is so close to the train station. The late check-in would be only until 2 am.

The rooms were dirty and dusty . Old furnitures . Old carpet . Not maintained!

It was so close to Namba Nankai station. 3 minutes walk from there. Very convenient location.

The shower head was kind of broken so it was spitting water out. The shower head wouldn’t stay still. It was kind of annoying. The shower head holder had like duct tape over it and i thought that was weird.

Very friendly & helpful staffs. Room is clean, spacious & comfortable. Walking distance to train station, shopping & attractions district. Will be back on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Very strategic place central namba near train, shopping and other

Air conditioning was advertised on the hotel page, but after asking why it wasn’t working in my room, the hotel manager told me that only heating was available, and that I should open my window to cool down (the hotel is right next to a main road in Namba Osaka. Did not get much sleep at all because of this. Good location and very good cleanliness, but would not recommend generally.
