Beds were really comfy and the room was really spacious and clean! The amenities were very nice and overall it was a very comfortable stay! I only wish we could of stayed longer!
It's a bit of a walk if you miss the shuttle, but if you're willing to wait the shuttle service is very convenient!
Nice bathroom, plenty of space. We got complimentary pajamas which was nice, very safe property.

The hotel is located a bit distant from the Shinkansen station, but there is a shuttle bus service that runs between the station and the hotel, which is a 3-minute drive. The entrance hall has a vast open space, making the visitors comfortable. I did not use them, but the hotel has wonderful restaurants inside.
The facilities are a bit old relative to those in the modern hotels, but quite hygienic.

I have not received the invoice.When I asked the hotel reception, the receptionist told me that I would receive the invoice via email, but I have never received it.I am struggling to get reimbursement from my company.
Hotel is near Shin-Osaka Station. Transfer to the station is several times a day via hotel shuttle bus. Nice view over the skyline of Osaka.
Interior of the lobby and the rooms slightly dated, although everything clean. Hotel staff did not answer my question regarding New Years Eve which I asked in advance to my stay in Osaka.
Comfortable bed
Room was too hot and it was not possible to turn off the heating. We called front desk and they suggested opening the window, which didn’t help much.

No restaurants nearby. Convenience store few blocks away. We had a crazy man screaming for hours in his room and it took time for the staff to respond to our call. Only when other guests called did someone came.
Nice comfortable room. Easy walk to the subway station. Nice personal with also 2 very cute and helpful girls from Sri Lanka. For me a opportunity to also practice my Sinhala language.
Close to the station, very clean hotel, lovely staff, reception is manned 24/7 and you can leave luggage there too. Perfect for what I needed. Even better with the shuttle bus to the station.

This was our last night before leaving Japan to go home. Nice lobby, friendly staff. The room was basic, but clean and newly decorated. It had everything we needed, including a fridge, water, kettle, coffee and tea, and a small bath.
The key didn’t fit well, which meant we had to wriggle it for ten seconds every time we entered the room. Couldn’t order a taxi the night before going to the airport. And overall, I wish I had chosen a different hotel. Closer to the train station and slightly less basic. I think I probably didn’t pay enough attention when I booked - so definitely not the hotel’s fault.
