The staff is helpful. It's very near to the center.

I think the lighting is quite dim. It looks old but overall it serves its purpose. It's good when you're just staying for 1-2 nights only.

Nice cozy room! Auto toilet was great! Location was awesome! Right in the action, 2-3 walk to dozens of food and drinks and shopping.

Bed was a little firm (hard), other than that, no complaints!

Location was great. Room was quiet. Facilities include one washer and dryer that unfortunately were used most of the time so we did laundry pretty late at night

Pretty minimalist. The carpet on our floor hallway was coming undone and there was a lot of dust under the beds.

Friendly staff received parcels for me. Location was very central and comfortable to go out far a short walk any time of the day, at the same time 6th floor room was not loud at night.

Breakfast was only bread. Also there was no milk for coffee, only small coffee cream packs.Luggage can be stored, but right in the lobby. Strange smell in the halls on the floor. Fortunately the room had no smell. Only one bed had a socket on the wall, the other had no nearby.

Very close to dotonbori. Relatively much more spacious than the more popular hotel chains such as APA or Sotetsu. There were also a lot of sockets which we appreciate. They also had a lot of clothing hooks and poles for your clothes which was really helpful and usually limited in other hotels

It definitely feels old. The key to your room is not electronic. Nonetheless, its still best value for money

Fantastic location, very easy walk from Dotonbori/Namba area. The front desk offers a bunch of amenities that aren't always included at other hotels, like moisturizing sheet masks, various face washes, and a folding hair comb. Nice big window to get a view of the city or get fresh air. Convenient table ledge and outlet placement next to the bed so you can charge your devices easily while you sleep.

There's a physical key instead of a keycard, and the cost to replace the key if you lose it is a bit outrageous ?. I didn't lose it (thankfully) but fair warning. Also because this place is next to so many izakayas, it can get pretty loud at night! I thought the sound was ambient and relaxing though, so it depends on the person if that's a pro or a con haha. The hotel is a bit old and not the cleanest (there are some stains on the walls) but it was fine for me.

Location is so good. It’s just near the main tourist area.

The smell of the room. Well, maybe because it’s an old building that’s why there’s an unpleasant smell.

Really good value for your buck. You would pay the same for a capsule hotel but here you have a whole (small) room for yourself. Room is clean and staff are nice. Location, right in Namba, is superb

I spent a 4 nights at Business Hotel Sennichimae in Osaka and overall had a positive experience. The location is excellent very close to Namba Station and right in the heart of the lively Dotonbori area. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese business hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were courteous and spoke enough English to assist with check-in and basic questions. It’s a good budget option if you're looking for convenience and cleanliness.

While the location and cleanliness were great, there were a few downsides. The rooms are quite small, which is typical in Japan, but it might feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Also, there wasn’t much natural light, and the soundproofing could be better — I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Still, for the price and location, it's a fair trade-off.

The location is excellent. It's literally in the middle of all the action in Namba and the shopping streets. This hotel is a "business inn," so in Japanese terms, it is meant to be basic. For me, it was adequate. I was comfortable.

The breakfast was pretty basic with an allotment of yogurt and two pastries. The room can get noisy if pedestrians decide to be rowdy, as was the case on one night. It went on for a couple of hours.

Great price and location. Breakfast is simple but it's enough to get started in the day. I received a great response when I told the front desk that my internet didn't work well. The front desk person came to my room with another router to boost the signal and that made a big difference. Thank you! I also liked the fact that you could do laundry downstairs.

check out was 10 am and if you want late check out there is an hourly rate until 12 nn over than 12nn its a a full day rate.No automatic lock i the door you have to physically lock by key. Also same with electricity.Low ceiling

Place is clean, excellent location and wonderful staff.

I love that they allow to leave baggage if you arrive early, that there is an outlet near the bed, coin laundry down stairs, delicious breakfast, very near dotonbori and train stations. Will definitely book here again when I come back to Osaka.
