Great location just a short walk from the Shin-Osaka station, with plenty of shops and services nearby. The room, though compact, is well designed and very clean, with a comfortable bed, electric kettle, and mini fridge. Great shower pressure. The staff were friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this place.

Ideal for business travelers. The room has a big desk and is more spacious than typical business hotels in Japan. Very easy access to Shin-Osaka station. Vending machine on the same floor (20F) and convenience stores downstairs. Professional staff.
The hotel is quiet, but the noise of trains passing through the station until late at night might be a problem for light sleepers.

Not able to book a non smoking room, in 2024 I would expect that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel. I could not book through the hotel website as it did not have, or I could not find, an English translation, the web page was in Japanese.
Location is close to shin osaka station. The room size pretty ok for Japan standard.

The location very near to shin osaka station, only 5 minute walk, no worry rush for early train. Facility ok, room ok , not so narrow, ac ok, tv ok, bathroom ok and all clean. Only the bed quite hard even they explain that they mix hars and soft pillow. But i think the bed should not mix with hard. Overall ok and i like it

Great view. Well appointed rooms with everything necessary including shoe horn and hairdryer. Window opened.

Our room was under breakfast floor, so was a bit noisy in the morning as we could hear people walking above us.
Staff was nice and everything worked just fine. Everything was of course clean. Checkout was easy and fast, only needed to throw the card into a box in the entry, no need for talking or waiting for staff.
It was noisy, you could hear outside life and cleaning stuff in the morning. The facilities are very old, the breakfast is on a different level (Separate restaurant) and the breakfast/checkout is too early. Many elevator maintenance so we always had to wait a while for one.
The room was comfortable. The bath was a little small by Western standards but you are in Japan!The view of the city skyline was both unexpected and amazing.
A fridge / microwave would have been nice but wasn't expected.Non-pay TV would have been interesting
