Location pretty good and friendly staff.

Room layout feels a bit cramped and plain looking although it was listed as above average in size.

Convenient location, close to Knetsu subway line. Quieter place as other hotels close to Tennoji station

Staff helpful, room clean and comfy, albeit tight space-wise.

40 minute delay to get breakfast one day--insufficient staff (who did their best to accommodate).Wouldn't allow visitors to the room.

Only one water bottle per person per day. I had to go out to buy water. They should be more relaxed.

We decided to book this hotel after having a horrible first night in a different hotel, the stay here was fantastic, everything was as we wanted, this was the 2nd Daiwa Roynet hotel we have stayed at and will continue to stay in them, the location of this one was perfect being 2 minutes walking from a metro station and shopping centre, rooms had a big bathroom for hotel standards.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. The staff are really wonderful also. Reasonably priced also.

The equipment is old, and the carpet is worn out. Spending nearly a week in such a room was a very unpleasant experience.

The room type, advertised as deluxe, felt rather small, and the carpet was noticeably old and worn, which was disappointing for guest comfort. We had a satisfactory stay at this hotel last year, but this time, we were a little let down. We hope the hotel can thoroughly inspect each room to ensure they meet the standard expected by guests.

We specifically request for change of towels or empty the bin but same time they give us robes which we don't need, not so well organized what we requested

The location is quite good. The nearest station is about 350m away, and the limousine bus station to kix airport is also 300m away. Family mart is right across the street, a grocery store and a 7/11 is about 100m away; a Don Quijote is about 350m away too. It takes about 2 train stops to go to Dotonbori, and about 1200y for taxi to Osaka Castle or Kuromon Market (or you can walk about 1.5km). There is a Kura Sushi next door and I was so happy because it was not crowded like those ones in Tokyo, so we could just walk in and eat right away.They have full amenities at the reception floor, and also the staffs are quite helpful.

The hotel looks big outside but the room itself is not so big. It stated that the room is about 18m2 but there is a big working desk and also a small chair/sofa that makes the room feel so stuffy.The breakfast is not worth it. It costs 1500y each, and you don’t have much selection on the buffet menu. You can feel quite disappointed because there only a few dishes, with very little potions. For example, they only displayed about 4 potions for each dishes, and it took awhile to refill, that makes the buffet looks empty sometimes. They have a big tour group on our first night stay there so the breakfast was quite empty for about 30min after they left, and we was not happy about that though we got informed by receptionist when we checked in.

I love it is close to the station and resturants, the staff are friendly. Our stay was pleasantly good we will definetly book again on our next trip to Osaka. This is our second time to stay at this hotel which means we really like it.

The only think I didn't like are the beds it seems to low and not soft to our liking.

Very nice location! Good room and wonderful staff.I made a reservation for a smoking room by mistake, nevertheless, the staff was very kind to change my reservation to a non-smoking room.Staff at the reception made sure all my requests and needs were fully covered and that exceeded my expectations!Thanks a lot!

Very convenient location close to the station and konbini around. Easy to access and excellent customer services, very responsive and welcoming.The room was also comfortable, it’s worth it for the price so I recommend it.

I didn’t paid attention that I booked a smoking room and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t exchange the room. So as a non smoker it was smelling the cigarette which was a bit unconfortable for us but it’s my mistake so I just recommend to paid attention when you book a room if you are a smoker or not.

The seamless easy check in check out. The room we booked is also large as compared to other hotels at similar prices.

The distance away from the main attractions. Also, take note that if you are using the Kintetsu Airport Limo bus to and from Kansai airport, the bus hours are limited in the evening (to KIX airport) and stops at 9pm (from KIX airport). If you arrive late night, you have to take trains which is a little long walk from the Metro station Tanimachi-9-chome.
