Only that it was clean and good location that’s it.

Very poor welcome. For starters, the staff can be a bit friendlier. They were just unbothered, not rude but not hospitable like you would expect in a hotel.The first sentence in our briefing for the room is checkout is at 10, there will be no requests for late checkouts. If you’re late you will be charged for the night. What an unfriendly welcome! Other points that need improvement: - No bins in the bathrooms in the rooms. Am I supposed to go out to the room every time I want to throw a cotton bud, or other items that can’t go in the toilet? - Not even a bottle of water in the room like every other hotel all over the world. Not even tea, or coffee. But at least water. - No phone in the room to contact the reception, you need to walk with your pajamas out of the room next to to the elevator to use the phone. Never seen that in any hotel I ever stayed in. - We were 3 people, in the room and were only provided with towels for 2. Had to request extra towels.

Location was perfect. it was close enough to the main tourist areas but far enough to have some peace and quiet. train stations were pretty close. a lot of food options around the hotel were available as well. luggage storage was also very helpful.

Property is close to good facilities. It is clean has good laundry option plus the staff was courteous and was assisting us well as needed.

The ac was hot and i cant turn the heater off and turn it into air conditioning. I was waking up sweating most of the nights.

The location

The rooms are extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny. The air conditioning doesn't work. They don't clean the room. The carpet and light fixture are very dirty.

Staff was helpful, location was right across a large market and food spots were plentiful nearby. Not too far from the train station. The bed was comfortable.

Location was really close to everything known in Osaka!

Clean, great location, near to everything.

No complementary coffee or tea. AC is centralized and you cannot control, it blows only hot during winter.

Best place I've ever find in Osaka. Wonderful location, just in front of Kuromon market and walking distance to Dotomburi. A lot of restaurants nearby. Also a convenience store next to it. Love it!

Would be better if there is a self check out box in the lobby to help the guest who just want to put the card.

Location was great, about 10 min walk to Dotonburi and Namba station.

The ac wasn’t blowing cold, we slept with the windows open for air flow and cooling.

Great staff and nice location! Room fit both of us well enough. We were able to put the twin beds together to be close enough while having room to sprawl out.

The hotel is ok, but a bit overpriced for the service they provide. The location is central, which is good.

The rooms are basic, there is no breakfast, the amenities (such as free sweets downstairs) will only last for a few minutes and then will not be replenished. We felt we could have stayed in a better place for the same price.

Location was really good, not too far from the station (~10 min walk) where you can take an express train to the airport.

Rooms were a little small, but honestly true to the picture so not surprising.

Bathroom smells like urine. Small.

The location is great — less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station. There are plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's a great deal for the price and location.

Breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety. The cleaning service wasn’t great, and the concierge staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Communication was also difficult, as they spoke very little English.

The location was superb! Close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Across the Kuromon market. Dontonburi is down the street.
