Kansai Airport First Hotel

The location was very nice and close to the train station. The room was new and clean.

It was a little hard to find but got there with help from a very helpful local.

Very convenient to the train station, 2 good grocery stores nearby but little else in the area. Perfect for a late day/night arrival or early departure but nothing more. Shuttle was excellent.

Screen door was permanently sealed closed so no access to small terrace.

Convenient, tidy, comfortable, clean room with excellent staff great for a night before or after a long flight. Included shuttle was timely and efficient. I did not buy the breakfast so no comment. Two large grocery stores within a few minutes walk.

Although the sliding glass doors could open, that I appreciated for the fresh air, the screen did not so you couldn't use the small terrace.

The hotel was close to the airport and they had an airport shuttle. They were also very close to the Izumisano station which made it convenient for us to get there from Kyoto. Hotel is needing a bit of refresh but the room was clean and reasonably roomy. Staff were great. Very personable and helpful.

The staff were excellent. Facilities were excellent! Ice machine on the 5th floor. Microwaves. Laundry facilities and everything in walking distance! It’s great! The only thing is I wish there was an afternoon evening shuttle to and from the hotel.. would’ve been the most perfect stay! But if you want to utilise the free shuttle services make sure it’s in the morning and you book prior! :D

Location close to station, but up hill. Supermarket and station walking distance. Room not large but good enough with a large suitcase. Airport shuttle.

Timing of airport shuttle, if one more service added later - would have been perfect. To reach Izumisanao station, little difficult as it is a private railway.

Highly recommended! Lovely, well-furnished, well-located hotel with a very comfortable room, great hot water and heating. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Very reasonably priced as well. Fridge in room. Will very happily stay there again. The free airport shuttle was so valuable.

The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the cleaning of the rooms. A bath, fantastic breakfast, train station 5 minutes away with access to Rinku Town outlets and the heart of Osaka.

Easy to find, close to the train station. A warm welcome on arrival. Lots of free goodies to make the stay comfortable!

Their service and attitude is pretty good. Even after 12am, they still let you check in, wait for you, and give you the route to get there from airport! That’s nice.

The staff is very courteous. They provide free shuttle van to the airport. Very clean room.

Very convenient position, a few km away from the airport. Shuttle bus service provided. Nice room with a fair amount of space. Very friendly and kind staff!
