Staff were very friendly and spoke English which made things easier for us especially when we had to coordinate using Yamato Luggage forwarding service.

Our stay in Osaka was fantastic! The hotel is in an amazing location and was perfect for our group of four. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. What really stood out was the staff — they were extremely helpful and even assisted us with our laundry, folding everything neatly. Truly above and beyond! Highly recommended.

The location was great. We went to Expo on the subway which was relatively quick. We also went to Universal Japan which was also about a 1/2 hour. Also, we were able to walk to Dotonburi relatively easily.
The blinds could have been a bit darker but having the sun wake us up was not so bad because we had a lot on our agenda.
