Rooms are spacious in compared to others in Japan

Breakfast was good but limited choices. Only the same exact set meals daily. We got bored.

The hotel was very centrally located. Everyone was so nice/helpful. They helped us to forward our luggage which we found so worth it. The room was spacious, and enjoyed the shower. Delicious breakfast as well.

It could be a little bit cleaner, but not the big deal

This was my favorite hotel we stayed at in Japan. I really loved the room itself. It felt spacious for the size. I liked the vanity/desk as well as the incredible shower. I love bathtubs, but this was the only hotel we got without one, and I still loved it because the shower was so wonderful. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel has a cafe connected to it, but we didn't use it. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect central location — just a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and only 3 minutes from a main station that easily connects you to Osaka’s central areas.The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The shower felt luxurious and refreshing after a long day out.The staff were absolutely wonderful — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Osaka!

The room was fantastic, made great use of the space and the shower had terrific water pressure! The best was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Really liked the area and the staff was very kind. Free seltzer water and soda!

The hotel is amazing, located near a subway station or 15 minutes walking to Dotonbori area, the location is also great because the hotel is not exactly on a main road so it's very quiet at night. The staff was exceptional providing us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is exceptionally confortable, they provide you with all amenities you need (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, eye pads, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc.)I highly recommed staying here for as long as you need!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The location was great for us. We got in from the airport and were still able to do a bunch of touristy things that night close to the hotel. The hotel was able to store our bags in the morning before check-in. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with shipping out bags to the next hotel as well as answering all of our questions about the area.

We have nothing negative to say about the hotel. We loved the location and the price. I will say that we did only stay one night as a layover - and did not try any of food options. I wish we could have spent more time checking out the hotel amenities.

Great hotel, super modern and all the staff were amazing!We got an upgrade to the universal room (my partner is in a wheelchair) which made our stay so much more enjoyable! Heaps of stuff nearby too, shops food etc

Most osaka attractions are a subway ride away, which is not really an issue in Japan but just be aware

Long walking distance to train station.Wish there has more EV scooters next to it and easy to find.

Hotel is quite new and rooms are really modern and clean. Size of room was great, with a table, chairs and separate vanity table for make up. Bed was comfortable and big.Shower is amazing. As a person who loves a good shower I was in heaven. Walk-in, great size and with rain setting together with massage jets. Felt like born again.Location is great, we picked it because of several metro lines in walking distance. We haven't tried breakfast, but it looks nice. As an alternative there are several combinis at the block.

Amazing rooms! Slightly bigger than most hotels for this price. Great hanging space for coats. BATHROOM! Shower was amazing! Bed was super comfortable Small desk area with couch was perfect to give you a little extra space. Chrome cast abilities. Wash/Dryer time on TV was great - And lockable so your clothing is safe.

Very close to Metro. Staff are helpful and courteous.

Breakfast - very small portion. Would definitely go elsewhere. A hotel with no amenities. No bottle water provided, a bit strange really.

Worst of the worst

The reception has been the worst in the world!! I ask them to support with a reservation to a restaurant and they did it it without informing me of a cancellation fee of 600 dollars! They didn’t support me at all and didn’t provide any reasons why! Just partecipare to this fraud with the restaurant.

Very nice and clean room! Size was very good for Europeans visitors :)Metro station is not far from the hotel which makes it easy to travel across town :)

Recommended to book breakfast day ahead as it was fully booked one day we wanted breakfast. But when we had the breakfast there it was good :)
