The balcony was sealed off and the windows had these grates that give you the feeling of a prison, so when you look through it's quite gloomy, to top this off the outside window is very dirty to the point of you can see water marks and dirt through it.Location is OK,you will be inia Korean part of Osaka

During the entire stay I did not encounter any problems. The check in is from 3 p.m. but you can store your luggage before check in when needed. The room was clean, I had enough space to fully open my suitcase on the floor, the bed is a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, other guests were also quiet at night so I didn't had any troubles sleeping.
The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walk from Tsuruhashi station, which is doable but not with a heavy suitcase in the summer. The bathroom is small so you don't really have space for your skincare/makeup.
Facility is clean, breakfast is good, staff are helpful
Location is a bit tricky, it is not as easy as it looks to go from Tsuruhashi Station to the hotelIt is recommended to walk on the main street if you want to avoid local food shops and narrow dark alleys
The room was spacious, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It was also conveniently close to the train station.

the housekeeping left the trash on the bathroom shelves and didn't even clean up. i told the reception about the complain and he said sorry.

We had a good time staying at the hotel with my family and my children enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities provided at the hotel. I must also convey my appreciation to the helpful concierge who are every ready to assist and service us especially Mr Shudarshan who attended to all our needs and requests. Bravo to an excellent concierge team at the front desk!
A bit far from metro/train, but quiet and dynamic neighbourhood

Clean and comfortable, however we had no idea this was in Koreatown.
It’s far away from the train station, at least a 10-15 minute walk. You have to cut through Korea Town wet markets. It was hard with lots of luggage.
