Good location close to Metro and JR stations. Few good local restaurants nearby. Calm neighborhood. Easy communication with owner ... apartment was very clean (Japan standard) and has everything that we needed. It will be perfect for a long-term stay.

This place exceeded expectations: definitely one of my best stays in Japan. The bed was super comfy, and having a washing machine made travel so much easier.The TV includes English Netflix, which is a rare bonus. Despite some reviews, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials: utensils, plates, and cutlery.Customer service was great—I requested extra toilet paper through Booking.com (turns out more was downstairs), and they were quick and helpful.The apartment is spacious, with storage for clothes and luggage. It’s in a prime spot near convenience stores, a train line, and Luup scooters/bikes. It’s either a 25-minute walk or quick train ride into town—or just 10 minutes by bike. Bonus: umbrellas downstairs in case it rains. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.Ps apologies everyone for photos and terribly made bed. I took these on my check out.

The property is way better than pictures. Very spacious. You will have a washing machine along with a detergent. Amazing kitchen.

Great location, quiet and central. Clean and comfortable with extra amenities such as robes, washing/drying machine and dishwasher.

I liked everything and would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be wine glasses and seasoning. They aren't things a traveller takes with them.

Conveniently located walking distance from subway and grocery stores (although I think this is pretty standard for most places in Osaka).

Where do I start?! There was no sofa (in spite of the floor plan in the listing clearly showing a sofa) and instead there was just a giant useless tent and chalkboard with no chalk. This made for a very awkward stay as there was no where to sit and relax except for the kitchen bar stools (awkward) or the bed. The floor plan shows a sofa and while the tent is also in a pic, I thought this would just be tucked away in storage to be brought out if needed - I’ve never stayed in a place where there’s no sofa - especially as there was a tv but no where to watch it from except the floor (and no cushions).There was hardly any cutlery and plates, bowls etc and the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever used. There’s no staff at the location so my request for a room with a sofa was denied as apparently none of the family rooms have sofas and my feedback about the listing being misleading was dismissed pretty quickly.

Convenient location to train stations. Self-check-in and check-out were easy. The room was big enough and had its own kitchen and laundry room.

No vending machine within the building. No cleaning services unless you stay longer.

Clean apartment in a pretty good location.

Finding the property wasn’t too easy. The key lock boxes for check in need better instruction. We luckily had someone who had the same issue tell us what we needed to do.

Plenty of space comparing to a normal hotel. Has balcony so that we can get some fresh air. Location is close to train station and town center.

Space, close to a subway, storage, big bed, clean.

Bed was a little hard, needed a few more dishes, cups, bowels. 2 of everything was hard to make a meal at home.

Very pleasant stay while visiting Osaka. Comfortable, spacious apartment with modern appliances. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Very close to Daikokucho Metro station which facilitates easy access to all major tourist attractions in Osaka. Several shops (e.g. 7-11, Lawson) within short walking distance as well as some restaurants. Staff were able to assist with extra pillows when requested. The small balcony was a pleasant surprise.

Perhaps could have used a bit more in the way of crockery - for example there were only two cups (and no glasses). We did not really cook (more just heating up food) but I think people who are planning on cooking will find things a bit lacking. There was unfortunately construction happening on a nearby building (obviously not the fault of this property) which resulted in quite a lot of noise.

The apartment is very new, equiped with all facilities. Beds are comfort with good blankets. TV is good connected to WIfi for Youtube.

Balcony floor, cloth hanger and kitchen lights are with dust. The rest all clean and nice. The sliding door sound proof is not that great. I was wake up by downstairs noise and crow.

The apartment was a really great size. Really clean and up to date. Very comfortable bed. The LIFE supermarket nearby was a brilliant place to buy groceries.

A few more pieces of crockery and cutlery please. Glasses, table knives, larger mugs. Thanks.

Great location, right on the Midosuji line, easy to get to Dotonbori etc. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and a great supermarket round the corner.

The serviced apartment hotel is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood south of the bustling city centre of Osaka. We were a few minutes walk from the Daikokucho Station on the Midosuji Metro Line, putting us within 10 minutes of Namba and Dotonbori. There are plenty of convenience stores as you would expect, and a supermarket just to the north. The apart itself is very spacious, with hobs, microwave, fridge, TV, washer-dryer and a comfortable bed. The shower room was clean and new.

The unit could use more dishes and utensils for dining in and a sharper knife would be nice. This apartment is in a residential neighborhood so not much action happening here. So, it depends on your preferences.

The location was very convenient within a 3 min walk from the nearest metro station. There are multiple convenience stores around with a big supermarket nearby as well! Kizu market is a short walk and it’s great! The apartment was extremely clean and the facilities were great for a long stay. It was a great stay and will be back again.

The whole property is clean and nice with all the accessories you basically need.The nearest station only 5 mins away.No deposit luggages area and no staff.

Clean and Modern. Kitchen with separate living and sleeping area. Very comfortable beds. Good location in quiet neighbourhood.
