it was clean and near the juso station and bus stop. Bigger room compared to to the other hotels in Japan even the bathtub much bigger.

there’s some smell inside the room…i booked for non-smoking room i felt there’s some smell from the cigarettes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby railway station. The breakfast was excellent — a great opportunity to try typical Japanese dishes, and everything was delicious.The room was clean, tidy, and more spacious than I expected. The hotel was also very thoughtful, replacing towels daily which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

Good facilities, close to the station and plenty of bars/restaurants.

Bedding is on the harder side.

The beds were rock solid. We heard multiple people discussing this while eating their breakfast in the lobby, which did not have sufficient seating so people just left to their rooms.

The location of hotel is great as it's within a 5min walking distance to the nearest train station. Also for those who may use rideshare apps, the hotel is about a 15min drive to the nearest mall areas in which one of them contains the Nintendo store and is also close the Akihabara (DenDen Town) like areas (about 15-20mins) for those interested in Anime and video game merch. The quality of the hotel is good with the beds being adequately comfortable and amenities in convenient location on the first floor. Breakfast is free and done in a buffet like setting where you can pick what you like and most of the options are foreigner friendly as they include staples common to most cultures such as scrambled eggs, rice, salad, soup, and sausage. The area around the hotels is surrounded by some other ones but also still has close by convenience stores and restaurants that you can walk you to.

Personally for me, my one dislike had been the shower head handle in the bathroom. The pressure coming out of it had felt weak and while there was an overhead where the water could come out stronger directly on top of you, my hair was in a style that I did not want to get wet. Just a a little pet peeve that I had.

I liked that it was a close distance from the train station and that the room was clean and not too small. The staff were very friendly and offered free towels every day. There is also free breakfast every morning.

The beds were a little too firm.

Nice room, clean and with very nice view over river and back to city. Staff were helpful. Location is great with train station just 300 metres away. Quiet for sleeping at night.

Not keen on machine check in, staff did help. Not the personal touch with warm welcome. The beds are more Japanese quite hard mattress and hard pillow.

Easy to get to by train or bus. The public space with free drinks, vendo, charging area, etc was very conveninent, which also serves as the dining area for breakfast. Great breakfast spread with Japanese in-season food choices. The operable window that greatly helped regulate the temperature and smell in the room. The linen and bed shirt were all clean smelling (the shirts have to be collected from the public space along with toiletries and personal care stuff).

There was a strong smokey smell in the room which was very uncomfortable during the afternoon heat. Opening the window dissipated the smell. An air purifier could also have helped clean the air.

Hospitality Cleaning Facilities

The rooms are a bit small, I would add another pillow, another bath towel and bottles of drink water

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good as well. Some of the staff know a little bit of English, so that helps as well.

The room the hallway was smelling at cigarettes, don't recommend a nonsmoker. The room was not clean properly.

Disappointing

I have confirmed the late checkout policy with staff in advance. Then at checkout the same staff member said very different thing and asked me to pay. The checkin machine gives us key card and a slip of paper with hotel policies on it. But there was nothing mentioned about late checkout. I could not recommend this hotel due to inconsistent policy and ineffective communication with customers.

I returned here after my first, longer stay, which clearly indicates how much I enjoyed my previous visit. The staff were helpful, the facilities are exceptionally complete, and the breakfast was both great and healthy.

I wish the room had been a bit bigger.
