Good location. Easy access to Osaka station and subway.

The room had cheap laminate flooring and ugly carpeting.The twin beds were so close together it was practically a double bed.No shower curtain.Bath mat and floor will get soaked.Shared door in room and could hear talking from other room. Look elsewhere.

3 minute walk to train station, transportation, shopping and dining.

Reasonable twin-bed room rate for a high floor room with 2 breakfasts. Bell service staff helped to carry our luggage to the nearby airport limo depot with no charge on a windy day.

A nightstand should be put between the 2 twin beds.

The room were of decent size and clean.

The attached bathroom looked a little run down although it was clean. There was no separate shower area other than the tub. The quantity of drinking water supplied in the room for insufficient for 2 persons. They did provide more water when asked for, but it is a hassle.

The hotel was in the middle of Umeda district; many fine restaurnts, shops, etc,etc. Also, the train station was only a couple minutes away. It couldn't be better. The room was huge, compare to other Japanese hotels. The place was clean and quite. This was my second stay at the hotel. If I go to Osaka again, the place is my choice.

Breakfast the layout wasn’t good and the selection of food . It needs to improve. There was a bit of a wait for tables .

Great location and spacious rooms. The concierge staff was very helpful in arranging airport transportation.

Reception staff could be friendlier and have better English proficiency. The waiting area in the lobby is very small; although most tables and chairs were unoccupied, they couldn’t be used as they were reserved for the bar.

Location next to train station made it very easy for a day visit to Kyoto. We enjoyed two nights here, all very comfortable. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner were good.

Nice hotel. Very close to the central station (not the Shinkansen station). Good cafe bar downstairs.

Happy our rooms were close to each other like i requested. Size of the room was comfortable. Location of hotel was great and convenient.

Room wasn't cleaned well. There was dust on the floors especially under the nightstand and under furniture. Layer of dust outside of both kleenex boxes. Overhead showerhead sprayed water in different directions instead of straight down so water sprayed outside of the tub -- it was terrible.

Best hotel in Osaka, I have been here 3 times, & it’s my No.1 Hotel in Osaka. staff are very friendly & the Hotel is only 3min walk from Osaka Train Station. They serve international breakfasts which I recommend if you are traveling in couples.

location was excellence. room very comfort and quiet. breakfast very good with western and Japanese style, food very delicious.

Bathtub. during shower, water will flow out to the floor due to the glass panel only block half of the bathtub.

gorgeous hotel, located across the street from the Osaka Train Station and Metro lines in the heart of Umeda

Very spacious rooms and close to the metro station. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

Air con was not working well & air was rather stale. Floor was slightly sticky too.

The hotel is located close to Osaka Station. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Mr. Don is very helpful. The food quality of breakfast was good. The property is centrally located and makes commuting easy.
