Location is the best!!!

The bathtub looked dirty upon arrival and I had gnats every night in my room. The rugs were not very clean.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Top shelf service!

No complaints. We extended our stay beyond our original plans because we were so impressed.

Convenient to train stations and restaurants. Very nice staff and the free tea on the 2nd floor was nice as well~ Also right next to a 7/11. Answered my questions before I stayed as well.

everything met our expectation. staff was friendly, even one of them speaks Turkish. it was a lovely surprise when we came to check in. lovely place, close to metro, 30 mins to dotonbori street by walk. recommended.

only the lavatory is super small and hard to use without making a mess.

near to the subway station. you can even walk to the Shinsaibashi PARCO. good location and good room quality.

I loved the beds and I also loved how big the bathing tub was. I love how close the hotel was to the train station as well

Quiet location, away from busy dotonbori or namba yet its only a few minutes walk or couple of stations away. This is my 2nd time visiting Osaka.

It was really close to the metro station and easy to get to Namba area. We even walked from Dotonbori a few times and it’s only about 20 minutes. The staff were very kind and helpful with luggage forwarding that I requested and my bags were able to arrive to Kyoto before I checked in to my next hotel. Would stay here again!

Location was good, short walk to the train station. 7Eleven in the same building, very helpful. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. I liked having the coffee and washer & dryer in the building. Very clean!!

A little smaller than expected but the it was designed well enough to make it manageable. Once we got used it, it was fine. Nothing else to mention.

Very convenient and accessible to train station. The staffs are very kind and was able to assist us on our airporter services. We had a lovely stay and was able to use their free space with free coffee and tea.

Great location, it was located so close to the station. There are 2 convenience stores located very close to the hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel provides baggage forwarding services. For guests, you just have to bring down your bags, mention that you want to deliver your bags and the staff will handle the rest (You need to send your bags one day in advance if you're heading to Kyoto).In terms of the amenities, there are 3 washer+dryers which are great but this hotel receives a lot of guests so just be mindful of timing your laundry days and times right. The washer+dryers are located on the 2nd floor along with the lounge/dining area. There is a coffee and ice machine tho the coffee is quite diluted. The hotel provides a variety of tea for guests to take (along with other things like toothbrushes, body scrub, etc).

The room's small as seen in pictures, you cant keep luggages open especially oversized luggages but its a lovely and comfy room nonetheless.

If you're spending time in your hotel room in Osaka, you're doing it wrong. Pick a spot that's in a good location for you, that's clean, and that has beds that are tolerably soft, and don't worry about the rest. For us, this hotel was in a great location, and we were so worn out every night when we got back that it could have been a cardboard box with a toilet and we would have been satisfied.

Japan, overall, prefers very, very firm mattresses. Bordering on being planks of wood with blankets. The Dynasty Hotel is no exception, so just bear that in mind when picking where you stay. Also, just a note, if you're approaching from the Namba side (which you will be, every single day) the shortest path to the hotel goes up what we started calling the Hill from Hell. After a long day of walking through Dotonbori, it's just steep enough to make you regret all of your decisions.

Awesome Location right next to the T and S subway line… staff was amazing… rooms were super clean… every day fresh towels were hanging one our door even though you ask for no room cleaning… free pajamas, coffee machines and free soup all day… 10/10

5th time staying here. Love the lounge, the resto across the street, and the convenience store beside the hotel.

Location is top notch. It is right across Mega Don Quijote and near the Shinsekai retro area. Tsutenkaku tower is walking distance. The subway and JR stations are just a two to three blocks away. The property has 3 floors. Each floor is a mini apartment. The first floor fits 2 people. Second floor has 2 beds. Third floor also has two beds. Each floor has its own toilet and shower. The third floor has the best layout.While it has some imperfections, I would definitely still book here because of its location.Owners communicate even late night.

The first floor is the oldest and least well-maintained. The bath is a jacuzzi. It has an unpleasant odor and is quite difficult if you are older because of the uneven flooring. Some of the water spills out towards the room if you use the shower.I also didn't appreciate that the doors of the toilets are accordion cloth doors that do not completely cover the doorway. So less privacy.Also, we didn't have wifi for our entire stay because of their provider.

The hotel was felt very secure with their room key requirement for elevators and the public hang out area had wonderful cold and hot drink dispensers. I loved eating my breakfast in there while waiting for my laundry to be completed and starting my day.

The fridge was quite cold enough to put ice cream in, and would turn off if you didnt leave a spare room key inside the room in the designated slot.

The proximity of the train station and the 7-11 convenience store to the hotel was great. Walking to the train station only took about 3 minutes. Room AC was cold, good water pressure and hot showers. Day room on the second floor was clean and easily accessible.
