    Pros +

    • The location of the hotel is quite central, about a 10 minute walk to major shopping district and station. The buffet breakfast was not the usual buffet you'd expect but what we ordered was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. As we've found with our accommodation in Japan during our holiday, the rooms and hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Very importantly, the bed was very comfortable. It was a bit of a challenge to hook up our Netflix so we could watch English speaking television but we worked it out.
    • We liked the aesthetics, cleanliness, and the free amenities.
    • The location is nice about 10 min walk to trains so not far from any means to go wherever you wish. Osaka station is right beside umeda station as well for trains to Kyoto or nara

    Cons -

    • I really can't fault the hotel but if there's something that can be improved on, it would be introducing and English television channel to watch eg. BBC or CNN at least.
    • The walking distance from the train stations during the summer isn’t a great.
    • Very clean and good location to train station

Location was great, close to the train station. Best bathroom with nice tub and shower, room was a comfortable size.

We did not try the breakfast, so could not comment on that.

Loved the warm & cozy vibe of the hotel & room decor, Super comfy bed.The hotel and room was clean, tidy and well kept.Complimentary tea, coffee, daily water bottles and bathroom accessories.Daily fresh bag of towels left on our door each day.Delicious Barista coffee from hotel Cafe. The staff seemed friendly and they waved us 'goodbye' when we left.

Our room could've done with a little bit more space for suitcase storage. Not a big deal...but the Cafe closed at 9.30am till 11.30am so staff wouldn't serve barista made coffee during that time even though there seemed to be enough staff available to make a quick couple of coffees. (The complimentary drip coffee for hotel guests was ok, but their cafe barista lattes were way more delicious.)

The staff is nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The hotel is close to once of the more interesting parts of Osaka if you're interested in seeing some night life. The restaurants nearby aren't as crowded as in the touristy areas.

I think it's a bit older than the pictures lead you to believe. It's obviously been updated, but you can tell it's an older property once you're there. The sink in the room needed to be checked it seemed to have a drainage issue. Breakfast is a bit scarce. Overall the hotel is fine, however I've stayed in the area before at properties with similar price points and I think you can get a better option.

Fairly close access to train station

The included (extra charge) breakfast was very limited! Still tasty though.

The room was big in Japan standards. The bed was very comfortable. Located 13-14 mins walking distance to Umeda station. The laundry was easy they have a machine which puts the detergent itself with embedded dryer so you don’t need to follow up. They have a smoking room. It was a very good value for the money. Big bathroom with a tube and shower. Separate toilet.

    Good value. Clean and comfortable

A bit far from the JR station

    9Soon K.Posted on: 12-14-2025

Breakfast was value for money. Free drinks (non alcoholic) at the lobby was awesome. They also provide facial cleanser and lotion as needed. There were restaurants and cafes around the blocks.

The distance from hotel to the nearest subway/train stations was farther than I expected.

I like it quiet and peaceful in a local community and experiencing the local food nearby! Service is top notch and added the personal touch from each front desk reception

Nothing that I don’t like about the hotel!

Great friendly staff. It was great to have a hearty breakfast waiting for us and it was very clean.

The location and view was not the greatest

    1JatinPosted on: 11-14-2025

    Nothing great. Prop was okay.

Room was pretty small for the price we paid. They charged us extra for being 15 minutes late during check out but i guess this is how they make money

    9HockChongPosted on: 11-8-2025

I like the location of the hotel which is centrally located and yet a quiet place. The staff are more friendly and warmer that other Japanese hotels.

    The breakfast could be better.

    9DevenPosted on: 11-4-2025

The room was clean, new towels daily, and room cleaning every other day at a set time. A robe and slippers are provided. Our room had a toilet room separate from the shower, and the sink was in the main room area. It's odd by usa standards, but I liked it.The staff were excellent and friendly. There is a vibrant mostly restaurant and bar scene between the hotel and Osaka station, and many great meal options and shopping in the station complex.

We were warned from YouTube that japanese hotels are often well worn, and this was true of some common areas.. for example a carpet seam was rolled up and felt like an unnecessary trip hazard. Probably obviously - the rooms are quite small as is typical at least in this class of hotel. It's not far from Osaka station, and we found an exit that was a "shortcut" vs others, but didn't learn Osaka/omeda station to find that exit again. The walk to the hotel felt long each night after a full day of exploring. We maybe should have asked the staff which exit to take.

    10PatriciaPosted on: 10-28-2025

It has everything one needs and it is close to most attractions.

The bar closes too soon and there are only 2 washing machines.

    10StaciPosted on: 10-19-2025

Comfortable bed, easy to access. Hotel is ~12-15 minutes walk from Osaka station via E street. Cafe/bar on the first floor. Folding table and couch area for eating, sink in the bedroom area. Coffee mugs provided and plenty of outlets for charging devices. Staff replenish 2 water bottles daily. Shower and tub in the same room with incredible water pressure, I wish I had a shower like that at home.

I really enjoyed our stay here, and I don’t have any complaints.

    Clean and centrally located.

    Rooms are tiny.

Fantastic stay! The hotel impressed with its stylish look, well-maintained amenities, and spotless rooms. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the provided snacks were a nice touch. Highly recommend!
