Nice, comfortable rooms and facilities, good location and price, courteous staff.

I can’t say anything bad about it, it was exceptionally good, spacious room with toilet and bathroom divided, which was very convenient, they even had the hair straightening iron, perfect location, only one station from main area, very comfortable mattress, we loved it

Just the fact that no windows could be opened even an inch. We appreciate and understand the safety precautions but the feeling of “cage” like is disturbing!

The hotel was modern, clean and staff were friendly. Great amenities provided in the reception, laundry area was great. The room was perfect for a short stay. Great having a bath too instead of just a shower

Double bed felt smaller than a double size. The hotel was a further walk to the main centre than I expected but I don't mind walking and it is close to a subway

Booking had arranged two double rooms with two double beds for five person including one child of 10 years. The front desk was extremely difficult and unable to cope with the situation. In addition the breakfast was the worst breakfast we had during our 2 weeks trip through Japan.

Good hotel in the Osaka business district. Small but comfortable room.

The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant and the breakfast is served in adjacent coffee shop of quite medium quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room were so clean and location is amazing

The hotel was easy to find, and in the center of so many options to eat and shop. The hotel is right beside a train station, so navigating anywhere in Osaka is super easy. The only issue we had with the room was that the bed was too hard for our comfort. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I was sick and the stuff was extremely unkind and not helpful although their information shows they can help finding a doctor.

The room was nice and had a little couch. It was laid out well, and they had a lot of amenities to pull from the bar below including Epsom salts! They let us borrow umbrellas because there was an unexpected downpour. They have very friendly staff that even if they do not know English, they have pocket translators. They also do Yamato luggage delivery, but just make sure you have cash handy for your luggage payment and they will also help you out with filling out the paperwork. Great location near train stations, a Starbucks and two 7-11s if you're thinking of early breakfast to go, an ATM at the convenience store or for cheap food. They also have a cool kissaten attached to it in case you want convenient food.

Shower head placement to the side of the tub makes it a little tricky for taller people to use.

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks to the amazing staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect making it super easy to explore the city.The hotel amenities are top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. Little touches like pyjamas, slippers, and complimentary mineral water made our stay even more comfortable. If you ever ran out of essentials (coffee, tea, mouthwash, hair oil, etc.), they offered a convenient top-up station near the reception—what a thoughtful touch!One of the standout features of this hotel is the laundry facilities. Unlike other hotels where you’d have to wait hours for a machine, Daiwa Roynet offers two laundry floors, and we never had to wait long. It made our trip even more convenient!Lastly, I have to mention the exceptional hairdryers and iron for hair. It’s not every day that you come across a hotel with such thoughtful amenities, and trust me, you’ll love the high-quality hair tools—they truly make a difference!Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and we’ll be returning on our next trip to Osaka!

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely stunning and I don’t believe I’ve ever slept in such a comfortable bed

The shower is a little low for a taller person but that’s it I’m really looking for an issues otherwise nothing it was perfect

Amazing location with easy access to the subways system in Osaka. Just a couple stops from Den Den Town and Dontonbori. Namba was also very close by. Several convenience stores are close by as well to get late night drinks. Wish I had more time in Osaka to stay here longer!

Very many amenities and friendly staff.

The room was very dirty, sheets and towels were clean but the floor was dirty ful of hair and even nail clips front previous guests

Good location, the neighborhood is quiet, all nearby transport hubs are easily accessible.

Cleaning once in 3 days, poor cleaning quality. A lot of dust in the room. Although the room may seem normal on photos in reality it looks like a miniature of a real room slightly scaled down.

The size of the room and bathroom were great. Excellent location.

The breakfast options were a little under par based on other hotels that we had stayed at during our trip to Japan. The breakfast was limited and not much taste.
