    Pros +

    • Location from train stations
    • They have semi private room for solo traveler Location is good though a bit different from Shinsaibashi or Namba areas. Very near train station to/from airport. Near Shinsekai.
    • The location is great and near public transport.

    Cons -

    • Property is a bit old. Need remodeling/renovation. No bidet in toilet. Scary men’s toilet in the 3rd floor where my room is located. So I have to use other men’s toilet on the other floor level. Single capsule room I had was non-smoking but smell a bit stinky.
    • The floors are not completed, no noise canceling measures, very loud as floor is all open space rooftop (can hear all the other rooms).
    • The doors to the rooms do not go all the way to the ceiling so you hear everything. It’s not the hotels fault, but many of the guests would come in very late at night and shout in the hallways so sleep was virtually impossible. The bathrooms smelled like cigarettes.

It was so so comfortable. I think with this cheap price, it was expected to have that kind a condition. Shower rooms were dirty all time and it was a bit noisy. I used the single bed capsule. But, location was so great.

The location is great and the staff are wonderful. The beds are very fun and retro.

The doors to the rooms do not go all the way to the ceiling so you hear everything. It’s not the hotels fault, but many of the guests would come in very late at night and shout in the hallways so sleep was virtually impossible. The bathrooms smelled like cigarettes.

The location is good. The stuff was nice.

The mattress is not comfortable at all

    5MatthewPosted on: 4-27-2025

Was cheap and staff were nice.

stayed in a pod room, so wasn't expecting much. But the door to the room does not reach the ceiling all the way, so you can hear a lot of whats going on outside. Also no aircon, so it was really hot and humid while I was there.

    1KarthikeyanPosted on: 4-21-2025

    I liked nothing.

Since I have not tried capsule room. I thought I will try one. Which came with no Air conditioner the room neither had air flow. The restrooms were not clean , no proper water supply nothing. The hotel is really worst.

    7בריקPosted on: 4-2-2025

We slept well but the room was really small and the mattress was thin, not good for a couple. The smell in the floor we slept was full of cigarettes. The toilet and the bathroom not in the same floor that you sleep in. Horrible dryer. Lobi looks amazing, the floors above are pretty bad ? good location.we wont be back.

Close to the Shin-Imamiya station and straightly go to here from the airport

WiFi didn’t work at some rooms. Disgusting

    5YaniquePosted on: 3-26-2025

I liked the location. It was close to all the major spots and convenience stores.

The small room. It was like a small box, I had little room to turn especially In the bathroom.

Good price and excellent location! Mattress of bed could be a bit thicker, but overall good stay!

    7JessicaPosted on: 3-25-2025

    Good location, cheap stay

Hotel lobby was very nice looking, however, the rooms were definitely not of the same standard and could have used a bit of love

    6AbigailPosted on: 3-22-2025

    Great location

Although we knew our room didn’t have a private bathroom, I wasn’t exacting to have to go to a completely different floor to use the bathroom. On a sign in the lift it said there was a men’s sauna/spa area but not one for women. The reason it has the potential to be noisy is because the tops of the doors to the rooms do not go as has as the ceiling so there are big gaps between the top of the door and ceiling. Potentially a safety/privacy concern too

    8EmanuelPosted on: 3-7-2025

    Good internet

My room was in the smoking area when clearly I asked them to don’t give me a smoking room

The hotel is very conveniently located just beside of Shin Imamiya Station, those who come from Kansai Airport can take the train to this station. The room is clean and while small still has privacy despite choosing a cabin type bed. Nearby to this hotel there is a supermarket which sells cheap food. For a place like Japan, to get a room with such a price is a total bargain indeed. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is also two pantries where you can heat up your food via microwave oven together with hot water available. There is an onsen on the top floor as well and it is free

There is a gap on the top of the door which does not make your room to totally enclosed. You can no longer keep your luggage overnight at the storage room despite willing to pay a fee.

I`ve been here several times and this hotel underwent some constructions work to upgrade the look & service. Have many types of room,.Japanese style rooms, Western rooms, capsule rooms. This time it looks really different than before. Better service, better image and room looks more comfy, neat and bright. On my floor , no more smell of cigar, like my previous stay. Very close to JR ShinImamiya station which has direct access to KANSAI airport. About 2 min walk to the subway - Dobutsuenmae station. Turn right and you get to the convinient store and 24H mini market.

Only public spa (onsen) for male ?!!

I love this hotel very much especially single room. Near the major train line. Direct line to airport with elevator.

Room not soundproof and you can hear anything but it bearable.

    5ClintonPosted on: 1-20-2025

The staff were helpful & the location is extremely close to the Shin-Imamiya station which is easy access to the Kansai airport.

Noisy. Other tenants were noisy all night long. Talks loud. Basically filled with disrespectful customers. And since the train station was very close, that gets noisy in the morning too.

I would give this property a perfect score in terms of location. It is literally just a few steps away from the Shin-Imamiya station Nankai line and JR and some meters away from the Dobutsuen-mae Osaka Metro Station. The capsule rooms are not the typical capsules crammed in one room but are standalone rooms, with its own table and closet. Think of it as having your own room with a bunk bed for one person, sans the toilet and shower, a capsule room within a room. The capsule itself has its own TV, ventilation, light and alarm clock. There’s also a window in the room, though the door does not go all the way up to the ceiling. There’s a space for the centralized cooling/ heating of the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and they even offered early check-in if rooms are already available. It is also good that you can leave your luggage before check-in. There’s a vendo in the hotel and a convenience store nearby.

Perhaps there are rooms with its own private bathrooms, but the shared bathrooms are not very comfortable if you’re not used to sharing. There are no dedicated bathrooms per gender in each floor. You have to go to other floors for female and male bathrooms, so if your room is not on the same floor, you will need to go to the other floors just to pee. Also, the toilets have no bidet, which is the most basic amenity for any toilet in Japan. This is also one of the reasons why I cannot give this property a perfect score. Even public toilets in Japan have bidet. Some shower stalls are also missing hair driers and there is no space in the women’s shower to wait if all the stalls are not available. The hotel has a sento for men but not for women. There are times when you can hear noise from the corridor and other rooms due to the open space between the door and the ceiling of the room.
