Closer to many food options.

The neighborhood was dirty and at times sketchy. The hotel lobby was a bit rundown and it was difficult to get extra bedding.

Staff is very courteous and kind. Room is sparkling clean and it¿s a 3-5 min walk to Dontonbori. Perfect location

Very nice for the location and value. 711 on the first floor, safety for access at night only for guests. Employees are very nice and many speak different languages

The location is awesome, and the room was comfortable.

The smoking room on the second floor desperately needed attention. There were empty packs of cigarette cases in the ash tray and was like that for two days. A serious fire hazard.

The hotel’s location to the Dotonburi canal, shopping and restaurant was the best!

Great location on the edge of Donburi district. Walking distance to many food options and metro stations.

A couple times the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. I needed to go to the front desk and ask them to turn on or reset the system so it would work.

Location is perfect, a 2-minute walk to all the best spots in Osaka. Hotel facilities are also very good, and as a smoker I appreciate the dedicated smoking area in the lobby. This is our 2nd year staying here and we will be returning.

An excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.Modern room with very comfy beds and a wide selection of foods at Breakfast.The location of the hotel was brilliant and close to many of the best sights in Osaka.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji shopping area with many restaurants and convenient stores near by. It's also close to two main train/metro stations (only 10-min walk to each). Staff are friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel doesn’t offer daily cleaning, amenities are very limited and you have to go ask reception to get them. There was noise from the street at night past midnight.

Very well located, clean, practical.

The entrance is very basic, it would be nice to have some coffee in the room for the first night but there is a coffee shop just at the corner, opens at 9:00 am.

We picked this hotel because we wanted something close to Dotonbori, and it was the perfect location. A 7'11 right downstairs, Dotonbori street less than a block away, easy location to grab an Uber or Cab and close to a train station and tons of restaurants. The area is busy due to its proximity to the touristy areas but we had no issues with noise at all. We didn't utilize much of the facilities but had a few rooms for our group and they worked well for us.

Location was the main selling point, its near Dotonbori, the metro and huge plus is the airport shuttle instead of pulling my heavy luggages around the metro.

If you're sensitive to loud street noises then that might be a con. the area is notorious for motor bikes to rev in the evening. and oddly enough a lot of ambulance sound. but didnt bother me much just wanted to put that as a disclaimer
