- The room was a good size, clean and pretty comfortable. The wifi was fine.
Cons -
- Room is TINY and very bare, especially for being a "5-Star" hotel and for the price paid. No breakfast; no shuttle to Station, except on weekends; not much accommodation by the staff. I will not stay here again.
- the breakfast was poor quality, certainly not value for money. The fridge was noisy for much of the night and I couldn't turn it off unless I turned off all the power to the room. It was very difficult to get a lift down to reception in the morning to buy a breakfast card, then go back up to the 14th floor. In fact our lift had a problem with the door - it wouldn't open on the lobby floor for a few minutes. I was amazed that our room card had the number printed on it. This is completely unsafe as it if the key was was lost, and I was unaware of it, someone else could have access to my room. I have travelled to many different contries and stayed in many hotels in the past 30 years and I have never had the room number printed on the card. PLEASE CHANGE THIS
- The dinner buffet had very little to offer and some of the food that should have been warm was not heated. The following day, I saw one dish from dinner in the same pot during the breakfast buffet.

Excellent stay, staff was very helpful despite the slight language barrier. Great location, walking distance from Rinku Town which is only one ride from the Kansai-Airport Station. Booking was quick and easy, they supplied bathroom amenities, and the hotel itself and the view were both beautiful. There is a convenience store right nearby in case you forgot anything.
I didn't find anything wrong.
Decently Clean, modern decor, decent shop in house with reasonable prices
Surly front desk staff. Wouldn't supply enough change for the laundry even though the laundry room didn't have a change machine. No eating or drinking in lobby. Not tattoo friendly. Did not have any good recommendations for transportation to and from the airport. Use the hourly shuttle at the outlet mall down the street. Do not recommend this hotel.
Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean.
Not very conveniently located. Only Taxi. Room was small but I guess srandard in Japan. But bathroom was like those on a cruise ship.
The hotel is very conveniently located if you plan to drive to the airport in the morning or visit the surrounding attractions, such as the Rinku No Hoshi Ferris Wheel or Rinku Park.At night, you can also take great photos of the nearby Tajiri Sky Bridge. The rooms meet Japanese standards and you can comfortably spend a night there.Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the breakfast, as we had to leave for the airport very early.
Fantastic breakfast, great ocean view. Pharmacy and convenience stores close by. Comfy room.
It is a nightmare to reach this hotel if you do not have a car. There are no subways that are nearby, and there was no bus service from the nearest subway station. It is about a 20 minute walk. After a 15 hour flight that is a no go for me. The hotel needs to offer a shuttle service from the closest subway.
Great location. Close to Kansai airport.
Had to request a change of room as soon as we arrived. The room had a terrible smell and their were stains on the bed.
The location, staff, gift shop, and amenities were great. Beautiful views from the window.
We thought we'd have a sea view but we got the mountain/city view which is OK. Room is small and bathroom is even tinier! Not a lot around the hotel to do or get food.
Location was good
Room had a bad oder, air conditioner was not working properly
Clean and comfortable room, as well as lobby, friendly staff and stunning sea view. Breakfast is provided with outstanding quality.
The hotel is modern and very clean. the breakfast buffet was good.
the rooms and bed are too small, and not allowing early check-in was disappointing.
Good
Took a long time to check in. Reservation was made in the Booking app earlier that day, but it appeared they had no knowledge of it. Had to wait a 1/2 hour for them to figure it out. Meanwhile it’s approaching midnight and we’re wondering if we need to find another place to stay.
Comfortable bed. Good location close to the sea and airport, but still 20 minutes walk to the closest station if you don’t take a taxi.
Shower was tiny. The room was quite spacious, so it would’ve been nice if they could’ve expanded the bathroom a bit, because it was absolutely cramped in there.Breakfast is good as long as it’s there. On the second morning of my stay I went to the restaurant at 8:30 (breakfast is until 10) and many food containers were already empty. Didn’t get refilled while I was there either.
Breakfast was great, room was clean and modern. Staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. Special mention for Kanehara-San and all members of staff from start to finish. It was such a wonderful experience staying there.
Clean and tidy , nice staff, close to airport
Hotel had a really nice view overlooking the beach and the city, we loved the change of scenery from Osaka's city and was finally able to see Osaka for its laidback, beach vibe. Breakfast spot had an amazing view! It was also walking distance near the outlets so we were able to do some last minute shopping!
Room was small but enough and had all the essentials.
Close to convenience stores, but a little farther from train station. Friendly staff, clean room.
Beds were a little stiff. Not the most comfortable hotel bed we've had, but not the worst.
