Amazing staff! Helpful, friendly and patient. I had to do a lot of work in their lobby that day. Printer available and self serve coffee. Staff even let me borrow their shredder.

No complaints.

Rooms were average size for Japanese standards and plenty comfortable.

It could be because of Golden Week but clean service was limited; the staff comped us drinks for the trouble.

Very friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Location is excellent (next to the station and close to the airport and not too far away from the city).

The hotel is right next to the JR train station, making it extremely easy to commute when staying in this hotel. All services are very good, including the front desk, restaurant for breakfast and the room service. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel at Higashikiswada Ekimae.

Nothing I did not like. I am happy with all things provided by this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again if I will be back to Osaka.

Very close to train station (back exit leads straight to the hotel door). Staff was nice and the room was big and comfortable. There are good restaurants nearby.

Just an FYI, this didn't bother me at all but you should be aware : the trains run till about midnight and start early in the morning. You can hear them in the room

Very well located next to the station so is easy to get to and from the airport as well as the rest of the area. Breakfast is a buffet style which was great to start the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The height of the bathroom was very low as my head touched the ceiling (I am around 6’2). But it is the same in most of Japan.

Onsen and Yukata were really nice. Right next to train station which makes it super convenient to take an early flight in KIX

Roomy public bath, strong WIFI, varied buffet breakfast that's mostly different every morning. If you don't mind the walking, most attractions are nearby. Local supermarkets are close to hotel for convenient shopping. For the price, it's a decent place to homebase out of for visits to Osaka and Kyoto. Very close to KIX too. Overall, nice facilities. My room was next to smoking room, but no smell whatsoever!

Kishiwada attractions, such as the castle, require some walking as public transport is not convenient to there. No complaints with the hotel itself.

Breakfast was varied and enjoyable.The rooms and bedding therein were most comfortable.All amenities were well accounted for and help was available at reception.

There were a few extras with this that I wasn’t aware of when booking. Great little surprise. I chose this for it’s location near the airport and I would totally use it again. Very new hotel and very good stuff.

Breakfast buffet was so busy! But it meant the buffet dishes turned over very quickly. The staff were amazing. I had never seen a rice dispenser before and mistook it for a coffee machine. I dislike the idea of the smoking rooms on many floors because even though the rooms are smoke free, smoke does get into the corridors.

The onsen , breakfast, laundry that don't require detergent ,very very near to the hotel love the working table and most of the friendly staff ?

Convenient and very easy to find from the station. The breakfast was free with my booking, and pretty decent, though some westerners might find it a little odd for thier taste, I think it's normal for Japan.

Because it is so close to the station, the station announcements are audible. They stop at midnight but start again at 5am, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs are recommended.

This place has everything: Comfortable room with desk, breathing, laundry machines, sando and polite staff. The hotel is nearby the train station and has a direct entrance from the station. Restaurants and supermarket nearby, check the izakayas in the area too and the Indian restaurant.It was also really easy to get to the airport and to Osaka (had business on both sides). The train station nearby is noisy. Starts from early morning until midnight.

Location was fantastic. Room was on the comfort floor and it had some nice extra features. Staff were great and included breakfast options were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again if arriving or departing from Kansai International airport. Very quiet in the room but the restaurant was busy in the mornings.

It is close to the airport, if that is what you are searching for.Room is pretty big, considering that rooms in Japan are really small.

Quite noisy, as the train is just next to it.The area around does not have many interesting things, but it is not the fault of the hotel, so my rate is not considering it, but just to let people know about it.

The hotel location was great. Everything is near the hotel. A Big public bath, Onsen, at the hotel was very comfortable.
