Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka

The free breakfast was great.

It's difficult to get to with heavy luggage even though it is close from the station.

Breakfast was insanely awesome. Room was not tiny. Helpful staff. While there isn?t much to do or eat right around the hotel, Shin Osaka train station (5 min walk) has many many really nice restaurants. This is a really good hotel choice.

Breakfast was fine; nothing magnificent, but typical for a budget hotel. Much better than US standards however.

Location was nice... close to Shin-Osaka Station because my itinerary involved a lot of walking and travelling.It's also in a quiet neighborhood (besides of the trains below the hotel, but it's ok for me). There's also a laundromat and other amenities (Macs / Lawson / 7-11) within walking distance.

Lack of amenities in room. I thought they had shaving kit, but they didn't, and luckily, i brought mine... just in case..Breakfast could have more selection though, like a menu on every 1,3,5,7 days, and another menu of 2,4,6 days. Currently it's almost the same everyday.Wi-fi connection in the room wasn't really good, so i was glad i had a portable wi-fi with me as a traveler

Very central but not extremely expensive. The staff was very friendly and the self checking availability convenient.

Location was extremely convenient to shin osaka station. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice

Not much space for breakfast room. Very complicated check in process (especially when tired from a plane trip).

The rooms were comfortable and fairly quiet. The breakfast is very good.

I did not like the automatic check-in process. It is better to have a hotel worker do that part. I did not like that the air conditioner turned off whenever I left the room, as well as the lights. It would be better if I had two card keys in order to keep that from happening.

We had a very comfortable 9 nights stay at this, its very close to major shin osaka station which makes moving around osaka very convenient. Facilities are very clean, and the rooms are clean too. Staff were very exceptional. They offer basic complimentary Breakfast, but its very good and delicious food.

Laundry washing machine was not sufficient it was very busy, although i travelled during peak travel periods.

The location and the breakfast were excellent. Walkable to shin-osaka station even with luggage and the breakfast was a good introduction to Japanese cuisine. Loved it. Also close to so great ramen places.

Nothing to dislike.

After staying in Tokyo hotels this hotel was a welcome relief. Finally enough room for two bags to be opened at once on the floor. The staff were also fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. I sent a package there and had no trouble with them holding it for me.

A decent hotel within 400m from Shinkansen station. Easy to roll the bags to the station. Adequate room size just fitting 2 opened suitcases. Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms are close to the train tracks, after a while, it becomes white noise. Friendly, polite service staff.

Everything was tolerable without being too fussy.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety.Super clean with great staff.

The wifi is quite slow. The clothe dryer does not dry your clothes

Had a great breakfast and was near to the station so we didn’t have to walk far with our bags. Also they held our bags for us before we checked in later.

It wasn’t the most clean in the rooms. The bathroom soaps were also a very strong floral scent and weren’t as nice as other hotels we stayed in our trip. I regret not using our own soap at this place and saved my skin and hair from being dried out and coarse after using theirs. Also staff directed you to machines for check in and check out with minimal help so it felt more impersonal than other hotels. It worked for us but wasn’t the best experience of places we stayed.

Value for money , convenience and good hospitality

It will be good if you can add some more breakfast options for vegans

Love the location close to Shin-Osaka station. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staffs were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I will stay in this holtel if I visit Osaka again.

Close to Shinkansen (7 min) and subway (5 min). Excellent complimentary breakfast. Great bed. Super clean. Friendly staff. No elevator wait. Quiet.

Wifi super slow, but 5G was available.

They were courteous, easy checkin, complimentary soft drinks and coffee... Near to station... breakfast is decent but can get very crowded though...

Facilities and staff behavior, complete comfort feeling in the hotel. Constant and meticulous cleaning of the room.

Although it was stated that the tap water was drinkable, it seems necessary to put bottled water in the rooms. The pillows were a bit hard.
