BON Condominium Namba Ebisu

The location is fine, but not so easy to find it; Also the check in process was too complex and it's not easy to find someone to help without a phone in Japan. The email received for check in was very hard to read (not displayed properly)

It's really a new condominium and it's very quiet at night. Self-check in was a breeze and everything was perfect. Location is really good. With supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It took time to figure out that there are elevators hidden in exits in the station near Ebisu. I would definitely take this condo again when we visit Osaka!

NO staff on premises and no luggage storage. Apartment was not properly insulated and cold air was coming in. Cutlery was limited and not clean.

The room was great! Was more spacious than expected, clean and had all the basic ammenities for my 9 day stay. The property is located on a quiet back road and was close to Ebisucho Station and a few convenience stores (<5 minute walks). Although a bit south of Dotonbori, it is closer to Namba and Shinsekai (about 10 minute walks).

We didn't have a long rod to hang our clothes to dry on the outside balcony. We only had the shorter rod in the washroom, so it took longer to dry all of our clothes.

The room was spacious for our family

The aircon is not working properly anymore, it cannot give the room a comfortable cooling temp. Given the length of our stay, we needed cleaning since we bring in some food, the vacuum wasnt working too and there was no cleaning staff.

The facilities are very modern and clean. It is also spacious.

The air-conditioner during our stay was hit or miss. Sometimes it was cold, but most of the time it was not cooling the room enough making it difficult to sleep since it was a bit too warm.

Location. Location. Location.Value for money.

The balcony was not clean. There was no broom.

Unclear checkin instructions. Online checkin with a third party at the lobby. Took more than an hour to get in. Denied access to one of my sons because he only had a digital copy of passport. Actual passport was with one embassy for visa renewal! Checkin instructions did not say a real hard copy of passport was required. We furnished a digital copy but was denied. Hotel did not reimburse for the money I paid for my son. Eventhough me and my other three family member had passports, we could not cehck in for more than an hour!

A very clean, modern apartment with all the required facilities. Located in a quiet street, Combi stores and Supermarket are very close by plus it’s a 1 minute walk to/from the Ebisucho Metro or if you want some exercise Namba and Tennoji are both 15-20 minutes walk away (in opposite directions).

We had an issue with the electronic door lock on our final morning but this was resolved quite quickly with advice from the support desk, the lower case can be slid off and the door opened manually. As with all rentals there were two double beds which was too much for the apartment size, better to just have one double bed and a proper sofa which can be converted into a bed if required.

Location, comfortable beds with ample space and we had 3 adults and 1 @14 yrs old that is 6' ft tall. Washer was ideal with ample space to hang clothes on balcony. Overall it was excellent and we will be rebooking when back in Osaka and will recommend to friends and families when visiting Osaka, Japan

Large beds to accomodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children.Spotlessly clean.Well located 2 minutes walk to metro line. Quiet neighbourhood.

Pleasant stay. Location is good for ehich close to metro station. It is convenient to travel around. Room is clean and tidy. Comfortable for 2 people.

The location is good. It is near the New World. Besides, it is near the train station just 15 min, and is near the MTR just 5 min so you can go everywhere easily.

Proximity to markets and train line. Washington and drying facilities in the bedroom. Beds comfortable.

No where to store luggage prior to check in. More room for your luggage. Small bedside tables for phones etc

Great condition. Lots of amenities. Good location. Has elevator. Good security. Responsive staff.

We could briefly hear footsteps above our apartment. It didn’t last long. Could maybe do with better soundproofing for potential noisy tenants.No clothes iron.

The apartment is comfy and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a problem and had to contact them through the platform, and they solved it promptly. The location is excellent. Within walking distance, you can reach Shinsekai, Nipponbashi, and Namba.

Spacious and clean generally.

Aircond has mold and certain part of the apartment is dusty.
