Convenient to accessories to subway station

Good location - a short walk from the subway. Good restaurants & shops just a short walk away. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient (our Japanese is not very good lol). In the evenings, they have a free sake tasting which was very cool. Loved the amenity buffet, especially the facial care and bath salts. They had a very cool Christmas tree on display as well - highlighted what makes Kobe special.

Room was dated but comfortable. Some of the fresh towels had stains / coloring on them. Bathroom had a slight mildewy smell despite appearing clean. Not really a con, but they follow eco cleaning so towels & trash will be taken care of every day but room cleaning will be about every 3 days.

The location was excellent. Just a 5-6 minute walk from Shin Nagata Station and next to all the great restaurants, stores and shops. The breakfast was also quite delicious and consisting of wide variety.

There was no problem.

Very satisfied with staying comfortably in spacious, clean, and cool rooms, due to the breathtaking hot weather, I refrained from exploring tourist attractions. I was able to shop at the shopping center near this hotel and experience traditional Japanese living culture.

If you are looking for a clean place, affordable price and easy to get to in Kobe this is the place. The breakfast is buffet and has western and Japanese foods. Hotel is a block away from the the train station. Lobby is on second floor, so take elevator up when you arrive.

Nothing. They charged us 1000 yen to check in an hour early.

The location was perfect for what we wanted- an easy way to see Kobe and Awaji island. The hotel felt perfectly in the middle for us to enjoy both without feeling like we were doing a lot of travel

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wing! We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. Our room was exactly as described and we were so grateful as we booked a non smoking room. We really enjoyed the complimentary amenities such as the slippers, skin care products and free beverages. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is near a 7-11, McDonald’s and only a five minute walk to Shin-Nagata metro station making it super easy to commute in the city. We would highly recommend staying here if you stay in Kobe!

A professional and welcoming hotel that is easy to travel to from the centre of Kobe. We made use of the washing machines and tumble driers as we were well into our trip and everything came out clean and warm. There is a decent all night café across the road if you arrive late. The breakfast was filling and bright.

Near train station, quiet neighbourhood. For interested people McDonald on the ground floor.Room was really nice and bigger than most of the hotel rooms.It's a bit far from centrum of Osaka, but if you don't mind travel, go for it.

The room is small but super compact and functional. There are free drinks available for 24 hrs, which is amazing! Highly recommended and would definitely go again.

Everything was great. My room was spacious and my bed comfortable. 24hr free drink station, free sake at reception from 4-7, sadly I only was able to enjoy 1 night. Perfect location. Made visiting Himeji and Akashi park a breeze. Many restaurants around and a McDonalds attached to the hotel. Close to major station.

Nothing. Breakfast could have been a bit better. I saw the offering and decided to eat some McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches instead.

Comfortable room, but smaller than other hotel we stayed day before (APA). Limited facilities: foot spa only, not pool; no washer/dryer. Has larger dining room and buffet than previous hotel we stayed. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

Very satisfied with staying comfortably in a spacious and clean room. we could enjoy the Japanese restaurant Yoshinoya, which is a 3-minute walk from this hotel. we experienced the Lokal train from Shinnagada Station to Himeji Station and explored Himeji Temple. As we traveled back and forth by the Lokal train, the local scenery spread out in front of our eyes like a painting.

A bit farther out from central areas like Sannomiya, but still a 15-20 min train ride away.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They gave us clear direction and help when needed.

although it was a smoking room I missed and exhaust system for the smoke. It should have either that or the possibility of opening the windows.
