Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre - Midosuji By IHG

Nice staff. Big room. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast. Complimentary waters.

Location. It¿s located right in the middle of 2 subway stations, making it hard to decide which station to use. Not as close to namba as it seems on the map.

Cleanliness & proximity to tourist locations. Breakfast too was good.

free buffet and room

Breakfast was delicious staff very friendly hotel was in a centric area close to train station

The location on Midosuji is very central, and is also really close to the metro station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely designed and the breakfast was awesome. Doing laundry was really convenient. Recommended!

The location is great, very modern area of Osaka, not noisy and walkable. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, the staff is great. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was much smaller than expected, a bit hard to open a suitcase on the floor.

Great room, great bath room, the pijamas, the laundry facilities.Great location! Good breakfast

Best hotel we stayed at in Japan! Price quality very good. Nice king size bed, good breakfast and clean facilities. I like that you can refill your bottle of water too

Great location, clean rooms and facilities, and nice varied breakfast. We loved the bathroom especially, great shower.

The room had a bad smell of must. Thankfully the room had a dehumidifier, but it only helped a little with the smell. Not sure if all rooms have this issue.

Location is amazing The room was clean and have necessary stuff

Space is smallThere some loud sounds from the walls, maybe its the water pipes? The breakfast space is much smaller than the volume of the people, and the breakfast doesn’t have omelet stations and ready eggs didnt taste good

This hotel in Osaka was very modern and clean in comparison to the same chain in the U.S. Hotel keys are needed to use the elevator and get into the hotel late at night, providing the extra sense of security. Breakfast was delicious, having a large variety of foods encompassing foods from both Asian and American cultures. Currency exchange, vending machines and bathrooms available on the main floor. Rooms were very modern and comfy. Location is in walking distance of nice shopping areas, bars, restaurants and much more. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location. Very good breakfast. Courteous staff. Love the shower!

Pillows were a bit too high, so I didn’t have the best sleep. Ended up not using any pillows

Perfect location. Right on the shopping district.

Breakfast line is quite limited and redundant.

Good location near subway station, modern building, nice staff, good breakfast buffet.

We should have booked a slightly bigger room, since ours was a bit too tight for two suitcases.

Everything was good overall

Internet could be better.Breakfast offered very few egg options. Some days it’s only omelette with some meat and I don’t eat meat, means no egg options for vegetarians… At least boiled eggs could be there, it’s very easy to cook.

I was surprised by how spacious the room was since the previous hotels we stayed in Japan were pretty small. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices, both Japanese style and western style. The price was even cheaper than the other hotels we stayed. The staff was very good and helped us ship our luggages to the next hotel. Highly recommended!

I liked that i could check in early, and i reserved the room before 11

I hope they get each room with iron, instead of having the customer go to the reception and get it.

Very well located - good value for money

Breakfast was packed We requested a room for 2 adults and 2 kids in Booking and there were only 3 single beds ( too small for the kids to sleep together). We used the sofa but it was not a bed

I like that the hotel is clean, even the elevator and the dining area. The different types of pillows are also a plus. I love the scent at the hotel entrance.

The viand and soup selections of their breakfast buffet is too limited. They serve the same kind/type of food everyday, so if you are staying for more than 2 nights, breakfast might not be that appetizing anymore. The line during breakfast becomes too long, not unless you are already in line before 6:30am if you are dining in, then you’ll have to wait for 15-30 mins.

Location

Room too small, breakfast not good and too crowded, reception wrongly advised to goo to the airport too early (no traffic and airport was close, we had to wait outs the airport for > 1 hour).
