Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi

Location is spot on

Room was non-smoking but someone had clearly been smoking in the room. When asked if there was a possibility to rectify we were told someone would come and spray the room which did little to get rid of the smell. The location saved the experience.

The property is centrally located and is not far from Dohtonbori and the nearby shopping centers of Shinsaibashi. The room is also decently big for a family of 3. Our famly enjoyed our stay here and made our first ever vacation in Japan truly unforgettable.

No smoking area. But if you a non-smoker this shouldn’t be an issue.

The hotel is quite, nice place to take a rest with family. The location is in the strategic area.

There's no special line to bring a big suitcase in front of the hotel. I think, I will be better the position of AC not only above one of the bed. It is better if the AC position in between of the bed, so the flow of the air or heat more spreading in the room.

Great value for the price. I loved the location, and while the hotel is simple with basic amenities, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is very close to a train station, making it convenient if you want to tour around Osaka

Location is superb , just few step to Shinsaibashi station , next to many stores and restaurants … friendly and helpful staff , clean room with simple amenities , and reasonable price …

They street just outside the hotel can get a bit noisy at times at night.

It was in a convenient location, close to an event I was attending. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I would have preferred top + pants pjs to a long robe. The restaurant wasn’t open that I could see.

This was the longest leg of our stay. The staff was kind, polite and helpful, as expected in Japan. Though the rooms seems a little dated/old, everything was clean and in working order. We only asked for the room to be serviced once and they did a good job. Location wise, this was a perfect location where it was close enough to all the action yet just far out enough to avoid hordes of tourists. It was also just 2 blocks from the red line subway station, which is convenient for people traveling by subway.Overall, if I was back in the area, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The location was incredible. Right next to a main train station and the busy Shinsaibashi mall. Room was a decent size and really appreciated all the plug outlets everywhere.

100meters away from the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, fronting 7/11
