Pros +
- Located in the business district of Osaka where you will find a quieter area, upmarket, clean, and with a great range of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The train station was less than four minutes' walk. Everything is accessible from this hotel. The Onsen was a great addition and treated with respect and care by the hotel staff and residents,
- Very clean quiet and comfortable
- The inside of the hotel was really pretty, and the rooms were a good value and also very pretty to stay in. We felt safe and secure in the building.
Cons -
- Nothing, it was all good.
- The cleaning was not communicated and weird. We were told that in an effort to be more eco-friendly, they didn't enter the rooms to clean them by default. This is fine, but we never got our trash emptied and even when we set it out, they took the trash bags but never refilled them. Plus they gave us new towels every day to swap out our towels with no way to say don't give us new ones, which defeats the whole purpose of us doing that cleaning. Not sure if we just didn't understand it fully, but it felt like an excuse to not clean the rooms under the excuse of being "eco-friendly". We also opted in for daily breakfast. The breakfast was okay, not exceptional due to the majority of the food not being kept warm. A lot of the food was lukewarm or cold.
- The door jam in the bathroom was just slightly higher than floor. Stubbed my toe several times.

Was a nice room with nice staff. Tried the public bath and it was very relaxing and lots of amenities.
The reception staff were very helpful when we wanted to know where to get to different places, as well as helping us ship our luggage to the next hotel! There are also free calligraphy lessons and takoyaki making lessons in the afternoon at the hotel restaurant! We had a really enjoyable honeymoon thanks to their services!
Nice quiet location. Very kind staff and rooms were very comfortable. Lots of amenities and the spa was good too.
The door jam in the bathroom was just slightly higher than floor. Stubbed my toe several times.
We loved the hotel! It was amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the amenities were amazing. The hotel has an Onsen which we relaxed in every evening, the room was also very spacious. We stayed in four hotels and this was our favorite! We will definitely return soon!
We loved everything!
tranquil space, central location, convenient transport
non tattoo friendly onsen
Great, relaxing facility after a busy day in Osaka. A little ways from the hustle and bustle of Osaka but that was needed and appreciated. Each night came home to a clean and spacious room. Would highly recommend.
Couldn’t ask for more, excellent staff, clean property, good location, the whole stay exceeded our expectations will definitely come back again
Lovely onsen and rooms, nice amenities offered
The location is alittle far from downtown but nice to have some separation/quiet to come back to
Very clean and nice interior. There was an onsen that was kept Tidy and compared to other hotels there was more room. Family mart within vicinity.
It was a bit of a walk to get to the train stations, but really just 5 minutes - so it isn’t that bad.
The design and ambiance. Very nice location, easy to go around, not crowded.
A bit expensive not to include breakfast
Breakfast was great.
Rooms and small and a bit dusty once the AC kicks on
This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan!! I wish we booked their other hotels for the remainder of our trip. The staff was incredible and welcoming. Amenities were phenomenal- and they paid close attention to detail. We would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE staying in Japan. It was also very well located, clean, and rooms were a decent size- just enough space for my boyfriend and I, along with luggage, etc. 10/10 recommend this hotel!
The beds were comfortable, nice deep tub in the bathroom, loved the buffet breakfast, fresh towels, water and coffee everyday, nice staff.
The property was a vibe and very ambient. Although I did not use the private onsen having it free of charge for guests was a plus and would be nice to use after a long day on your feet! I also found the room to be very clean and comfortable with daily room cleaning and towel/garbage changes. The location of the hotel was ideal as well being centrally located, close to Namba, Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations.
Being an individual over 6 foot tall the ceiling height in the washroom is was a little low for my liking. The rest of the room was not like this, just the washroom ceiling was a little lower. I was also not the biggest fan of where my room was located (right off the elevator) as it was a little noisy at times. Although not a huge negative as it is to be expected but I stayed in the Hollywood twin room and the room size was small (typical for Japan), however, there was enough room for two large suitcases.
Decent location, cleanliness, new hotel.
Tiny room- no space even to open suitcases; we stayed on the 3rd floor with another building right in front of the windows- so we got no light.
The location was convenient to public transportation. The rooms were clean and matched the description.
The onsen was nice but not as clean as some I have been into.
The location was fantastic - super quiet and away from the major sight seeing. The staff was incredibly helpful, the activities offered were fun, the breakfast was so good we looked forward to it every morning. The room was small but comfortable. Felt very safe!
No complaints. All around great!
