KOKO HOTEL Osaka Shinsaibashi

My stay was fantastic at the koko hotel. I would definitely come back here on my next trip!

Very good location. Nice staff.

Rooms are a little bit on the smaller side.

Well your room was not cleaned during our stay (more than 3 nights). I reported to the staff, but it was our last night. Apart from it, no complaints.

Location, staff, silence, clean, bed, clean sheet and towel.

Only think i did not like the toilet smells bad a little at sometimes.

Breakfast is adequate but could have extend the timing to a little later will be good. Location is very close to shopping and restaurant.

Room was a bit more spacious than an usual hotel in Japan. Location was excellent, close to subway and center, but on a quiet street.

The room window was facing an inner courtyard, which meant it was always dark in the room. It was not a big deal, since we did not spend too much time in the room, but some natural light would have been nice.

Very spacious and clean. Staffs was wonderful. Speciality coffee was great!

Excellent location for whatever you chose to do. Close proximity to Universal City where we spent the day. Excellent room, size and amenities. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

We were overly impressed with Koko Hotel!! The location of the hotel was perfect. A quiet street despite being a 2 minute walk from the popping Shinsaibashi area. Additionally the room was spacious for Japan and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They also had an assortment of free amenities in the lobby and beautiful Christmas decorations up!

The hotel is in the central area. The rooms are really clean, comfortable and spacious. And the price was perfect.

We loved the proximity to activities around Osaka. The room was clean and just big enough for the two of us. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location. It was lovely, very clean and my room was comfortable. My room was facing the street and it had a window that I could open and watch the street life. The staff were friendly. I was able to easily arrange to have my luggage forwarded. Every toiletry I needed was available in the lobby.

Nothing, everything was excellent for me.

The hotel is really close to Dotonbori. The room and the bed was quite big for Japan standards. You can get free stuff like comb, body sponge, cotton etc. from reception. There is a Family Mart near the hotel, too.

Bad service, stay your hotel every year, this is the last, never had a hotel that reject a simple request to exchange a pillow being rejected for reason as “no stock”.. EXCHANGE a softer pillow with a harder one no stock? I repeated few times, even asking my Japanese friend to help, not even asking for more, just change.. no stock from a hotel for a pillow?

Location is super good, close to shopping place. Room is just right with all function needed. We bring a child with us. It’s ok to fit for our family.

Hotel was fantastic, looks great from the outside and it continues inside. Room was spacious (standard Western size), was slightly dated but had everything we needed. Location was great for us, close to shopping street, 20 min stroll from Dontonbori.
