Bathroom wasnt cleaned the best and had was very musty even though I used vent 24/7

Hotel was the most expensive we stayed in Japan and we could compare, staff seemed a bit impatient with us, no room service, and a little inconvenience with towels, trash, different from other hotels in Japan.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was a close walk to the train station. The staff were very nice and accommodating and speak some English.

The hotel room was very dirty, the fans and ventilation has not been dusted in a very long time as dust was coated to the vents and wall. The shower floor looked suspicious, i showered with flip floops on. We even found a small amount of blood on our sheets as well. Once we arrived, we found other peoples hair throughout the space, and the floors were not well vaccumed. It was very hot in the room, therefore a room with AC is a must. To get your room cleaned, you need to pay extra yen, and towel services are only if you bring your towels to the front desk. You have to take out your own trash. Also, there is only 2 washers and dryers for the whole hotel, we didn't use them since they look broken down. There is a nice laundromat just 7 min walk away. Its a good budget hotel, but I would look elsewhere if you can.

The staff were helpful. There is a vending machine, money changer, washing machine and dryer at the ground flr. There is a sink, microwave and refrigerator. I loved that they provided a spray for deodorizing shoes

The space was very small. The price is expensive for such a small space and very basic amenities

Location and staff

The “smoking rooms” didn’t look like they were ever cleaned. Now I know if you’re smoking there will be stench left behind however I was prepared for the dirty corners in each room the AC unit being covered in dirt and dead bug on the wall. I can compare the smell to walking into smoking section at the casino.

The smell of the airconditioner seems a little bad. Feels like people smoked in the room.

Very good location, shops all around, daily cleaning. Even though room was smoking it wasn't smelly at all. Very good hotel.

Overall, it was okay. I had trouble with the heater, which made knocking noise every night from 2 to 5 a.m. The problem was not solved even after I mentioned it to the reception. I did not sleep well for four nights.

Quick check in, amenities are good, small kitchen in the room. Free umbrella rental, kimono pijama, sandals and baggage storage. Good staff.

Considerable walk until dotomnbori and metro stations.

Close to public transport, very helpful staff, good rooms - larger than most budget hotels. Free laundry for guests to use. Environment sustainability policies in place.

The room was clean but a bit tidy but that is general in Japan. The front desk was very helpful and you can wash your clothes inside the hotel

The bed is too small to sleep with two adults and a kid.

Friendly staff and the rooms had all you needed, plus a lot of free amenities, the metro station is reasonably close.

It certainly has a slightly old worn feeling, almost everything works, but you can tell it's been there for a long while. The room feels a bit cramped, but nothing major. The bathroom doorway has a really inconvenient step that we kept tripping behind. One of the plugs next to my bed didn't really work properly.

Good facilities for quite a small room. Good location and nice staff.

Easy to get too. About a 15 min walk to the nearest train station. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly.

The laundry room is very small. The door opens inward so if someone is in the room, you can hit them. One of the dryers also needed to be taped shut else it would not start.

Good location next to some nice restaurants and not too busy

It's cheap and the facilities are good for its money.

The location is kinda out of place. It's walkable to a lot of stations but the walk is long... It's like a jack of all trades, master of none. But hey that walk let us exercise so that's a plus

Location is not too crowded. Quite a walk to the train station, but still manageable.

The hotel room is not cleaned well. It looked quite dirty and the lobby has a weird smell.
