Amazingly friendly staff; great rooms and amenities; everyone went above and beyond

Location is outstanding.

Too modern therefore lost of real luxury value. The lobby is always too loud and swarmed people. Hence the value doesn’t reflect the hotel and services being provided.

All the Japanese customer service representatives were very kind and professional overall. Excellent housekeeping service, very thoughtful and helpful.

Non-Japanese staff lady at the lobby counter spoke quite loudly during check-in and check-out. I understand her enthusiasm but it would be wonderful if she could lower her volume slightly to create a more pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you !

Staff, location and the room

The food is the only downside other than that the hotel was amazing

The bed is so comfy. The location is great. The staff are so attentive and helpful.

Most of the staff was amazing from Nikita at baggage to the checkin and checkout and all the room staff, the spa lady took us on a short tour - it was great. The building and facilities were amazing and neon and fun.

Just the living room bar staff were pretty unfocused, would start a task and then start another and we had to ask for service each time and we ordered a lot of champagne. it was a pity when the rest really lived up to the hype. Also in the amazing room on the 24th floor, with excellent bath and minibar why was the tv in the middle of the view, we spent so long trying to figure out how to raise it up or down out of the view. (It didn't move) View is spectacular none the less.

The view was the worst one we had in Japan, which is a bit sad when you book in a tower like this. Room selection is misleading (or dishonest) because I ended up with a bad view even selecting the best options (2nd more expensive room, just below the suites prices).Also the bar is in the lobby so do not expect to enjoy a good atmosphere while having a drink when you get back to the hotel after a day visiting the city. About the staff, it was ok even though we waited our luggages for an hour after checking in.

The hotel was perfectly situated, making it walking distance to most places we wanted to go! The pool, spa and steam room were a great addition to the hotel! Giving us a relaxing place to return after a busy day of shopping and exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was also amazing, which we decided to opt into even though we booked without it. Next time I would definitely include it on my reservation.

The location is amazing and Hotel facilities are great. But unfortunately our stay wasn't so great because some employees of the hotel

We tried to seat twice at the W Lobby bar but we feel a total lack of respect and discriminated from employees there. They told us both times that there were not seats available with a total empty lobby with more than 15 tables available. We were seated at a very uncomfortable place and for all the time we were there nobody came to the supposedly reserved tables. The service at the restaurants were kind of rude toward us.

For us, this was one of the highlights of our stay in Japan. We booked the corner room on a higher floor to enjoy the views of Osaka during night time, and boy it did not disappoint! From your room, you have the greatest views of the city through the enormous windows. The windows have automatic curtains and rolling shades on the outside, so a bit of privacy is easily arranged. The room amenities are excellent and the bathtub in the middle of the room is superb. You are also right across Shinsaibashi, so shopping is never far away. We tried the food in the restaurant, and it was excellent as well. It's a bit of a gastronomic experience.

Everything was excellent!

Loved the room itself, the layout and the high tech! Space to sit at the counter and use my laptop while enjoying a coffee. And a sofa to sit on and watch TV. The bedroom is separate from the living space and has good views with floor to ceiling windows. The bed was large and very comfy and the bathroom was like having your own mini spa! Loved the huge shower and the bath.

Nothing bad to write about. The staff were accommodating and the whole experience was memorable! Other hotels should live up to the standards set by the W Osaka! Highly recommended. A+

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Room was immaculate, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the design of the hotel was very cool. Would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Osaka.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Modern, clean, amazing view, all possible comforts, great restaurant and excellent food (chef is Italian). Beautiful details and totally sound proof rooms, comfortable beds, great shower and bath tub, excellent products. Amazing indoor swimming pool (kids not allowed)

Can get quite crowded at breakfast, sweet options are very far from the savory options so you may have to travel a bit to get your food and go back to eat.

Breakfast is extraordinary. The spa area was really great as well. We wanted to switch to another room and the staff was really helpful. Housekeeping was phenomenal.

The check-in was disappointing. Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. We had booked a lower-floor room but were given a higher-floor room without telling us because our room wasn't ready at 3 pm.

Perfect location in Osaka, beautiful rooms with amazing views (especially the corner rooms), beautiful gym and Spa. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.
