Good location. Good price.

Breakfast didn’t have much options, the staff responsible for it was too small and often some items were missing, it seems that only one person was responsible in doing everything so the chef was overwhelmed by the demand, definitely they need one more to help her.Also when I turned the AC a strange smell was very bad so we needed to turn it off.

Yamato and the Korean girl that helped me when my I lost my luggage, thank you so so so much. You were the absolute sweetest and found my luggage in 30 minutes. The staff is so sweet and I had such a comfortable stay. Yamato and the Korean girl deserve the most!!!

Very close to train station. Less than 5 min walk. Convienes across the street. And more close by.

Many hairs in the bed and shower. But otherwise ok.

Nice small room, nothing excessive, everything on place. Friendly and helpful stuff. Unlimited tea-voffee-soft drinks. Fantastic location. Subway is super close, sevetal diff lines. Shopping malls are too. It was the best bed I've seen in hotels. I slept like dead

Breakfast is very poor. It's about omelet and 3-4 Asian things. Always the same, absolutely. The windows in the room are not really there. It's not transparent, opening just a bit. You can't look out of it, or you can see next building balconies only.

Clean and quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately door was locked by time I got there even though I had alerted staff to vary late departure and I did not receive any instructions as to how to manage the situation.

Location was perfect for us and our needs. We were able to get around all of Osaka via the stations, lots of restaurants were walkable, the free beverages were great and the free amenities (brush, pajamas, razors, etc.) provided were great. The staff was very friendly! All members of staff :)

Both hotel room and bathroom are quite small. The breakfast has very limited items. There is no window view. The window cannot be opened because it is right above the smoking area. Overall, it is quite disappointing.

The Hotel is OK and in a good location - very quiet. Train stations are close by as well as lots of supporting shops for food etc - The shower pressure was good and lots of hot water

The air conditioner in my room leaked constantly giving the room a musty damp feeling. Also there is very little room to get in and out of the bed since the space is so small - no bedside table for phone or books etc - the bathroom sink faucet was loose and wiggling around

Overall everything was good. The only thing I recommend to check is the space you need. We were travelling 2 of us, with 2 small suitcases, but it was very challenging to open both of them in our room - really really small one. All the rest was OK.

Avoid

If your stuck for a room as all else is booked or you are a solo traveler that just needs a nap this fits; however the cleanliness of the rooms is horrid, thier bathroom has a 6" step up and the door opens into the small bedroom. The room is so tight if you have more then a carry and personal item you have to move the chair to the door to store under the tiny desk or put next to the bed. When we dropped something on the floor we had to move the bed and found all that was below. The pillows feel rough and lumpy and the beds need a new mattress. Overall for a nap or night for a solo traveler ok, otherwise skip.

Small rooms, very hard to accommodate couples with one infant

Hotel is in a nice location, a short train ride to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. I liked getting away from the crowds to this quiet little oasis. The room was clean and comfortable -- and for the price, I was suprised at how nice the room was compared to other hotels I stayed at. The staff, including the chef, were helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad either. Pro tip: there a few great ramen spots in walking distance.

Water pressure was low in the shower.

Great room for one night, cannot imagine more days tho. Everything we needed was available, and the personal was very helpful.

They promised a view, yet the window could have been opened just a few cm.
