Pros +
- I could walk to the station was so close
- I like the location and the staffs who are friendly
- Excellent service, clean rooms and reasonable price, close to train station
Cons -
- Room space is extremely tiny , nothing cozy or luxurious .. the hotel vibe is more for business trips
- The bed was outdated… spring cushions which make my back hurts and couldn’t sleep well. Other than that it’s a pretty decent stay
- Bathroom was too small and a bit inconvenient to use. Also the shower water keeps getting cold after a few minutes. I had to turn off the shower knob and turn it back on to make the water warm again.

For the price I paid, I am satisfied. As expected, room was small but very cozy. Had a nice view of the neighborhood.
Bathroom was too small and a bit inconvenient to use. Also the shower water keeps getting cold after a few minutes. I had to turn off the shower knob and turn it back on to make the water warm again.
The location was very good!!! There were train and subway lines very close. The hotel offered a paid breakfast in a restaurant nearby. Fair and cheap.
Cleaning was bad. The toilet seat did not fit the porcelain basin, was outdated. The toilet mechanism hidden that you use was sooooo dirty and black. What a shame. They booked a cleaning after 2 days but never cleaned.
The staff were good, the price was good, the location and Wi-Fi were great, and the refrigerator functioned well. Depending on your needs, it can be a good place to stay because it is located about 3-5 minutes from the Dobutsuen-Mae subway station on the Midosuji line; which made day-trips very convenient. Additionally, it is right next to an old shopping street (leaving the hotel, turn right) and on one side towards the right you'll find a lot of karaoke bars and Izakaya's; and turning left you'll find a nearby FamilyMart and be able to cross the street to find a ton of entertainment options such as an arcade, shooting galleries, archery games, and it all leads up to Tsutenkaku Tower in Shinsekai. The location was definitely the biggest highlight.
The less ideal details included the bed, there was a hair on it; not a huge deal to me but not a great sign for cleanliness either. The bathroom was small, and since this was my first Japanese business hotel, I did not yet know that it is not standard for them to be that small. It was ok, but as a tall man it was hard to use the toilet or shower in the tight spaces. The bed itself was not comfortable, it was a cheap spring mattress, but I managed to sleep on it anyway because I was so tired from traveling the whole time I was there.
Good Location…near subway station, convi stores and mega Donki
Everything’s fine only the building a little bit old and bathroom too small which normal in Japan
Amazing location, close to numerous stations, lots of kombini nearby as well as a Donki which might be useful for tourists. The bed was comfy, there was enough space to move and to open a middle size suitcase. There was plenty of space to put things, even though there wasn't a proper wardrobe. You can get free coffee at the reception, store your bags before check-in for free. The air conditioner worked well, and the temperature was good. They say the area can be dangerous but as a female solo traveller I didn't experience any trouble
There wasn't any table lamp in the room. The window was blurred. Also there wasn't any kettle in the room, I saw an ad like you can rent it but it's still not handy.Despite the room being okay, there was mold in the bathroom.
Good Location , nice staff and near Shinsekai and Donki
Bath and toilet very small
Reasonable room space.
No plug points available for guest @ lobby.Could the laundry detergent be provided instead of having to purchase?Bed cause back pains but pillow n duvet was good.No facial of body amenities.
Location Good connection of train value for the priceprofesional staff
One of the most affordable options among hotels in Osaka. It's close to Tennoji and Shin-Imamiya stations and Midosuji subway line and it's very convenient to go pretty much anywhere from here. They provide coffee and hot water on the 1st floor, also there's a small kitchen, a laundry and even a workspace with laptops (haven't tried it though).
It was still quite expensive for what the hotel has provided (I believe it's just that living in Osaka isn't cheap generally). Also I wouldn't mind if there was a kettle in the room since it's not very convenient to go down to the lobby whenever you need hot water. The location itself, while convenient in terms of logistics, not very pleasant, with homeless people around and kinda dirty. But Shinsekai, which is nearby, is an interesting place nonetheless.
Good location, a shared kitchen includes a microwave, stove, sink and some drink. Polite staffs.
The location is brilliant. Very near to train station and lots of convenient store, Daiso and Mega Don Quijote is just opposite the road. There is also a nearby supermarket nearby and many choices of cheap meals. Direct train to Kansai airport. Free coffee and tea. Microwave and laundry are in the premise too.
No water boiler in the room. No room temperature water available but only hot water is available in the reception area.
Near the train station, clean and all rooms are non smoking.
The room is small.
I liked that the staff were friendly and let me stay after check out at the lobby where I enjoyed my breakfast before heading to my appointment. Bonus free coffee anytime☺️They have a small kitchen which is free of use to the people who are checked in, 3 washers & 3 dryers for those who want to stay longer. I've stayed there a couple of times already and still choose to stay there for my next business trips in osaka.
Nothing so far.
For the price of some higher end capsule hotels in say Shinsaibashi, you get a private room and private bath. It's close to the Osaka Metro station. Not too far from JR or Nankai station either. You can find convenience stores on the main roads nearby.
The neighborhood the hotel is in does not have the best reputation. But where the hotel is is still fine, being close to train stations.
- Good location in Osaka- Very helpful staff- Private bathroom
- Bed is very uncomfortable
If Shinsekai is in your itinerary, this hotel is one of the closest to the location. Dobutsuen-Mae Station is the closest station to the hotel. All you have to take is the Midosuji Line and exit through Gate 2. Family mart also is the nearest convenience store. Staff were really and nice and accommodating. The room is small but it fits a solo female traveller like me so I don’t have any issues with it.
The bed squeaks and makes a cracking sound whenever I move around. Also I had a difficult time adjusting the hot water in the shower.
price is hard to beatprime location with direct train from Kansai airport.spotless clean with friendly&helpful staffs.near JR, Nankai,Subway, and Hankai tram line.Donki, Spa World and Shinsekai is within a walking distance.???
