- You have to give them your key every time you leave the hotel which is weird, but I get they don't want you to lose the key, it also cost a few thousand yen if you do lose it.
- The room was quite small esp if you have a few luggages, you are not able to open them all or even lie them down due to the space constraint. i didnt like the idea of passing my keys to the reception everytime i am going out, but i could understand why it was needed to.
- The room was outdated but for the value I don’t mind.

This is our second time staying here, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is very near Dotonbori—perfect for enjoying street food, shopping, and exploring Namba. Also conveniently close to the train station and plenty of restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for comfort, location, and service.

Fantastic location right in the center of Osaka and close to Metro stations, restaurants and cute walking streets. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Upon arrival dealt with professional and polite staff. Location can’t be beat; close to all hotspots. Luggage storage was efficient and uncomplicated. Room size was adequate and very clean.
Overall the hotel was greatThe only issue we had was the air conditioner.You can't control the air conditioner temperature from the room.When we told the staff that the room temperature was too hot for us the brought us a fan immediately so just need to ask for one.

I liked the location of this hotel; it's near the leading stores in Osaka and has plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the room smelled unpleasant, and the air filter was noisy. Overall, it was good.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The hotel is very very close to the shinsaibashi station. Convenience store, grocery, and pharmacy ate also nearby. The Midosuji illumination was also very near. We were able to leave our luggages after check-out.
