The hotel is connected to metro and JR station with few surrounding malls. Very convenient. Room is clean and plus point on the coffee machine provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Even the hotel is already 25 years old plus, but still well maintain, two chair inside with small round table, with 2 single bed + 2 big laguage you still feel confort, towel and bed cover change daily, mineral water daily, cleaning service very polite.

The shower water was intermittent cold though tune to warm water
I like their location best. Near KIX by a train , 35 min . Also it’s near a big department store.

The location is ideal - right across from the JR train station and by the metro - arrival from KIX is easy and the surrounding neighborhood has parks, museums, shopping and dining more geared to locals than tourists. There was some confusion on check-in when the kiosk system would not accept a US credit card. The desk receptionist easily resolved the issue.This hotel provides very firm Japanese-style pillows.
The hotel was excellent! Good location. I stayed on the 16th floor — the room was more spacious than I expected and very clean. The staff were polite, and when I met the housekeeping team in the morning, everyone greeted me politely. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. On the check-out day, while I was packing, I had a box I didn’t need anymore, and the staff kindly offered to dispose of it for me.

Staff English was really very fair When I asked for assistance to book restaurant, the front desk lady asked me to book online?I really speechless As the restaurant only accept phone for next day reservation, that’s why I asked for assistance. Later , another lady helped to book but reluctant First time experience this kind of guest service
The location was perfect. There is direct access from the Tennoji station by elevator to your room. The Tennoji station was easy to navigate and provided quick access to anywhere in Osaka. The front desk spoke limited English, but was very eager to help me in making my stay more comfortable, finding a close currency exchange, and the train station (which turned out to be right across the street) to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
The room was a bit warm for my taste, but that is a personal preference. There was an air conditioner/dehumidifier in the room that helped provide a more cooler environment.
Room was dated but spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread. Close to subway, trains and bus to Itami Airport.
Can be a bit noisy especially from louder sounding vehicles.

Perfectly located opposite of the JR exit. Very nice staff. I had a room on the 12th floor and enjoyed an amazing view. Definitely recommend for other travellers in the area.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location . 3 minutes walk from JR Kintetsu and Haruka limited express to Kansai International Airport. 1 minutes walk to Seven Eleven. Very good room.
