Randor Hotel Namba Osaka Suites

The apartments are spacious and modern with great facilities.

It was very roomy. Good walking location and close to a subway station.

The beds were a bit hard for my liking.

It right beside the entrance to ebisucho station which made it super convenient.

Cleanliness could have been better. The carpets were dusty. The sink was "loose/not secured firmly". The beds were itchy.

Very tiny shower room.Washing machine right next to bed, no cabinet, which means very noisy when you start washing before bed. No iron station. I booked room with 2 beds and 2 tatami beds, but only got 2 beds, there is no tatami bed has been setup on the room. No bath mat anywhere.

Love the staff, location was great. The room is very large, it worked perfect for a party of 4. Would definitely stay again.

The A/C was not working properly, didn’t cool the room. Thankfully it was cool outside so instead we opened the windows.

Location - exceptional. Denden town/Shinsekai walking distance. Even Namba if you're up for it.Located right next to train exit.Room space was very good.Check-in and check-out was also good.

One of the bathroom doors was damaged and we couldn't use the locks but it was still functional.

Randor is a great hotel with great service. Beds were western style but pretty springy. The hotel is in AMAZING vicinity to the station so walking isn’t a problem and it’s so close to great food, shopping and pharmacies if needed!

Rooms were huge and excellent. Has a station right below. Very convenient access.

No cleaning. We stayed 4 nights. And they said on 5th night they clean.

Location and staff were very friendly

Everytime I wanted a coffee no one was present to provide it.

Very spacious room It has a washing machine for the laundry and an oven for heating the food up. Television has Netflix , which is a plus. Very close to the subway station , ebisucho station, if you know how to navigate through the Osaka metro lines. Most importantly ,it is value for money. But don’t expect hotel like services.

It had all the toiletries I could ever need. The beds were super comfy and the pjs were an added bonus

The geographical location is great!The attitude of the staff is also very good!There is a jacuzzi, which is very comfortable!

The sofa is a little old.

Right next to subway station, just one stop away from the main shopping district.

Very poor service and it’s not a five stars hotel! Holes in sofa in hotel room and smells bad at the small lobby. It’s just worthy 2 stars hotel! The worst hotel that I’ve ever booked in over 10 years via booking.com! Had a very annoying fake fire alarm from about 10:20pm till 23:09pm, everyone had to go downstairs even we just showed! Terrible experience and will never book it again!

Terrible! Had to leave the hotel and rebook another hotel, and Randor refused to refund!

This felt like an Air BNB style stay, everything we needed was provided. Very spacious for Japan.

Walls are thin, so you can hear what’s happening at any point in the apartment, but it’s not a big deal.

Very new, clean & spacious. Everything works in the room. Staff are v friendly. Just next to Ebisucho station. Located in “Den Den” town. Many convenience stores , walking distance to Macdonalds & food outlets, Kuromon market.

Lighting a bit dim in the room. Lower floors can feel vibration of underground trains till midnight. Stayed 4th flr 1st night then moved to 8th flr family room (2 BR) next day. 1 of d staff was supposed to book a taxi in advance for us but failed to do so. Has washer. No dryer but drying rack provided. Took 2 days for clothes to dry fully. I stayed 6 nites so no issue.
