Staff was very friendly

The room description did not adequately express how extremely small the room actually is. A better description should be on the listing.

Drinks and snacks at the door upon arrival was a nice touch! Very welcoming. Clean, well appointed despite smaller size of room. Large common area with wifi to relax in. Front desk staff was exceptional! Luggage storage for the day and they were very helpful. There was a concert on the main street when we needed leave. They researched it and told us to hurry as it was ending in 20 min and there would be a crowd on transit. They got specific directions for us as well.

The room was clean and had a great vibe.

I would have liked a little more room for laying out my bags and coat. It was a little difficult to maneuver all my things in the room.

Smaller than what I thought I booked. Small stains on the floor. Another Garner hotel a block away and was confused.

Clean… had social hub that we can eat dan drink coffee and tea for free…

Overall, great experience. The location is pretty accessible for public transportation. Loved the common area space and being able to have access to laundry machines in the building. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I would say the room felt a little cramped but it did meet the basic needs of having somewhere to sleep and shower.

Pretty good price clean hotel, just needed some de dusting on the tv appliances. clean towels, bathroom, well maintained carpet. Body mirror. peaceful neighborhood morning and night.

Room was small can barely fit suitcase to open, small or big suitcases. Bathroom was small but was ok if you are over 5’11 you’ll have trouble standing. there is no walkway around the bed its just the from the hall to the bed, Tv console/vanity desk takes up all the space in-front of bed.

It was a small room considering the cost but it was also the last month of the EXPO 2025

Clean room and hotel with wonderful facilities and amenities.

The space to store the suitcase under the bed was a bit awkward to access.

There was no natural light. Someone was constantly cleaning the room across from mine (like all day). Staff seemed hesitant to help and the room was odd (shower wouldn't work, had to step up into the bathroom, could not check in until exactly 3 pm). Probably my least favorite hotel of my 3 week, 7 hotel stay in Japan. Maybe this was because of the higher demand due to the Expo, but I wouldn't stay in a Garner again.

Staff was amazing from start to finish. I went down at 4am because I was having trouble with the AC and the staff explained it to me very clearly in English. I also really enjoyed the lounge, as it was a great space to rest my feet before going up to my room, and maybe have a little snack or so.

I know this might just be my American bias, but the room was really small, and the bathroom was frustratingly smaller. There was a very narrow space between the two beds. And I would have appreciated a mirror at the table, and for the chair there to have wheels. There were also no hooks--so I was forced to use the limited coat hangers and restricted to the coat hanger area.

I come here for the expo2025. Along the Chuo Line the IHG group of hotel offers good price for 3-star stay. The walk from hotel to metro is also very pleasant. Easy to find good place for dinner if you want to stay up to 7pm in the Expo.

It’s a very nice hotel that looks new. The staff is super nice. It’s relatively close to subway.

The room I had was very small, but it was my own fault for not checking the size. However, it felt cozy and had everything I needed. It is perfectly ok for people who don’t spend too much time in the room, like me.

Room is big for a hotel in Japan. The pantry has good vibe and you could enjoy your food.

The train station is quite far from the hotel, about 700meters away.

Quiet, friendly and helpful staff, lounge area with free coffee. Free bag storage and loaner umbrellas. Walkable to the train station and Dotonburi (a long walk). Metro nearby.

Room is on the smaller side/Japanese standard, beds were very firm, laundry machines only on second floor only took coins.

Modern, new, decent use of space in the room. nothing exceptional, no amenities.

A bit far from anything you want to do, in a business district area. Around a 10-12 min walk from the subway

Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good work by them. The facilities were clean and housekeeping were great. Linen was really good and clean and location great.

There needs to be much more USB charging ports. To have one on one side is not good enough in today's modern world. The bed is very small and more needs to be done regarding space as there is no place for clothes.Really they need to delete all pictures on booking.com and start again. We do not need to see multiple close up pictures of the wallpaper. Not professional. The rooms are small but misleading with multiple pictures of nothing is disappointing.

Beautiful modern hotel with extra goods for guests. Easy check in and check out.

The room was a little smaller than I'd hoped.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the bed is very, very comfortable. The pillows are great too—they provide one firm and one soft. You can request room cleaning daily or whenever needed. Similarly, you can indicate if you need fresh towels every day.The room is small but well-distributed, with enough space to store your belongings. Suitcases fit under the bed. There is a dining area where you have everything you need to eat at the hotel.The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. If you don’t mind walking, the castle is about 30 minutes away, and so is Dotonbori. The area is very quiet and safe, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I really liked it. They renovated it, and everything is stylishly decorated. If you need anything, just ask the staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
