    Pros +

    • Love the staff, the size of the room was nice. CloseTo a 7eleven and the train
    • Its about a 5-8min walk to the Osaka metro and 1/2 min walk to the nankai line. It has a 7-11 half a block away. Staff was nice and cleaning was up to notch.
    • Quiet residential area ; train station right outside the hotel lobby and a metro station about 5-10 minutes walk away. Great value for a 1 or 2 nights stay , staff are super friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Na
    • Breakfast was underwhelming . But it was free , so that’s ok.
    • The first night. The room had a defective AC/heater. Even when I set it to 18C, it would work for a couple of minutes blowing normal air and then go to 30C (about 90F). I would wake up sweating, turn it off, and be cold an hour or so later. Could barely sleep and didn't want to get dressed and go complain at 3am, so I had a crappy night. When I explained this to the staff the next day, and said it was too hot, she said "just turn it off". I then explained about hot/cold/hot/cold and was rather pissed at that answer. They sent maintenance, that doesn't speak English, and she was showing me buttons to push (Red for hot, Blue for cold, and showing me up and down arrows like I was a 4 year old like I didn't know that for that past 50+ years) and I kept trying to explain, to no avail, that I understand how to use common controls, but the unit is defective. She let it blow normal air as if she "proved" it was fine, and left. 5 minutes or so later, it was going towards 90F (30C) and I tried to find her but she disappeared. It took me 15 more minutes to get someone to call her back and then she could see that the room was an inferno... so FINALLY they understood and I had to pack up all my stuff and switch rooms, which I really didn't want to do because 711 was an easy room number to remember. The breakfast wasn't worth it, limited food variety, regardless of the price. The washer/dryer combo machines were somewhat convenient, but it didn't dry the first time, so I had to run it through the dry cycle twice more and split the load into 2 machines as well.. and I was worried that I wouldn't have time to do what I needed to do and make it to the airport on time.

The remaining 4 days of my stay, not the first day. I will detail in the next section. As for the liking... definitely the staff makes it great. Everyone (starting day 2) was super friendly and helpful. I needed to print out over 160 pages of loan documents and they were able to do so without me having to look for a print shop... they did charge me (they wouldn't charge if it was a few pages or so). I understand, as it does take toner, etc. though 1630 yen did seem a bit high... (over $10), it was something I needed, they did it (and kept the papers in order). The next day they were able to scan all the pages and email them back to me. They assisted me with directions and the laundry, which was okay, I guess. The location is pretty decent and not too far from the train station, even hauling luggage. The WIFI was decent. The rooms, for Japan, were small, but not tiny like some other hotels I stayed at. This had a (comfortable) queen bed and room to walk and space to put luggage, unlike other hotels where you can barely walk sideways to get to a single bed and a tiny bathroom.

The room size is reasonable, with ample space in the living area, restroom, and shower room. Everything is clean, and the housekeeping team is very thoughtful. Even when I placed the ‘No Cleaning Needed’ card on the door, they still left fresh towels and a trash bag for replacement every day.The hotel also has a laundry area with both washing and drying machines, which is very convenient for long-stay travelers. The distance from the Osaka Metro is acceptable for me, but those who don’t enjoy walking may find it a bit far.The lobby staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome.

The room was quite spacious for two people with two suitcases. Its very close to the station and there is a 7/11 nearby. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, quite and peaceful. Very recommended

Its ok for the value. Has a convenience store steps away and a train station also steps away. Even tho the neighborhood was a bit weird, not much to do around - i was traveling solo so i didn’t feel safe going out at night. Anyways it was a good stay. Thanks to the guy in the reception that helped me figure out the route from the hotel tk the airport - he even have me the exact time of the trains etc.

The neighborhood is weird - not good restaurants around - and main tourist spots are far.

Subway and grocery store (like 7eleven) are within walking distance.Friendly staff.

There is not much space in the room. But I don't think that's such a problem :)

    Transportation nearby.Comfortable bed and pillows.Clean room.Kind personnel.

Lack of breakfast variety. Not central location.

While not near any major tourist attractions, the hotel is super close to the train. Also, the room was larger than expected. For the price, it’s honestly a great stay. The breakfast you have to pay for, but the hotel is kinda of in the middle of a market street. Only a few shops down from the hotel is the best little bakery that sells the most fantastic baked goods for only 100-200 yen. That made breakfast super easy.

No coffee or tea packets in the room (which is totally fine, but it was odd they had a teapot with no tea packets). If you were to stay in Osaka for an extended period, you might want a place a little more central.

Comfortable room on a cute little street, very close to the trains. Easy to get to airport and tourist areas. All is the staff were lovely. Breakfast was great! Mostly traditional Japanese but also with some western foods. Small, comfortable room. 7-11 nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Great staff, quiet area of Osaka and perfect for train travel. Deluxe room space was perfect if you have extra luggage.

    No pajamas :(

We stayed here for the second time and everything is great as always! The room is very spacious and clean!! There is nothing to complain here. The location is also great as its walkable distance to the train and the subway. If we have the chance to come back to Osaka, we will stay here again ?

A few more pillows on the bed will be good.

    Location. Big Room

there was a strong bad odour comes from the walls in the room and I am sure it is very unhealthy for human beings to respire.there is a blurred window. can't see outside and can not open it. this was very bad feeling. There is no water given in the rooms to drink.not enough sound isolation between the rooms..I could hear the noise from upstair room clearly

We loved how bright the entrance and lobby were. It was very inviting. The room was a standard size but it was spotless. We also appreciate the daily housekeeping. Heads up - staff will knock in the morning to check preferred cleaning time. We also loved the location of the hotel- it was very local, surrounded mom and pop stores, 24h grocery, & other stores. The subway was just 5-7mins and so was the Life Supermarket.Lastly we appreciated the breakfast area which was also a communal space you can stay and eat in. It had a microwave , ice vending and water dispenser. This was such a gem of a hotel considering the price! Will definitely stay here when we visit again.
