They make you feel welcome at first and the concierge service was very nice and helpful.

The rooms are a bit rundown, needs remodeling, furniture looks old and scratched. Beds are not very comfortable. Carpets in the hallways smell.

Amazing room, amazing view, amazing bed, amazing bathroom… shower was also outstanding with some horizontal showers too! Would certainly come back. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was also amazing and the hotel restaurants were also good.

We always stay at the St Regis in Osaka because it's simply the best.The staff are great, the hotel is situated in a top area. Value for money and brand name you can't beat this property.

Only down side is that the rooms are started to age. They are in need of a refresh

Location is excellent . Walking distance to Dontobori and main shopping streets . The view is breathtaking to Osaka skyline . Clean . And the staff are very polite and helpful .

That the breakfast room was too small and we had to wait 30 min ! That the butler service is a bit of a joke…you send a request for restaurant in the morning and then they reply in the evening when it is too laten (twice)

Breakfast took too long time to serve, we arrive to restaurant and place order almost over 30 minutes food just serve and even coffee also same is slow,the staff is good just the service for food time period need more faster.

Tasteful interior. Great location. Local option of buffet breakfast was top-notch. Great service from staff. Wonderful live music at the bar.

There wasn’t anyone at the drop-off when we arrived around 6+ pm. The area looked like it was cordoned off, so we got off by the road and had to manage 5 luggages ourselves - having a luggage cart would have been helpful.The room that I booked was a little tight. Perhaps having the double bed option in a larger room would be ideal.

Our second time at this hotel. We always choose to stay here when we are in Osaka. Location is good. The room is nice. The concierge is very helpful in helping us find and book restaurants for dinner :) We also had in room dinning. The wagyu steak is superb!

Would love if the closet is bigger

The speacious room , very fancy hotel , i feel amazing that iam gona come back from all walking around the city to this hotel . Yes pricey but deserve it .Ohhh the bath and jet shower ?

That the reciption on 12 floor , and you have to take 2 elevators from grond to rrach the room , but its not that big of deal

For the most part excellent staff and we really enjoyed the little touches of turn down service like tidying our cables - very thoughtful.

The bar staff really dampened our experience with the maitre d being very difficult. The bar was mostly empty when we arrived and we only wanted a table for half an hour for our rooms to be ready. The whole time we were sat there, it remained mostly empty. To add further insult, we noticed she bought ice water to every new table except ours and we had to ask three times for the water to come and when it did, it was room temp water. Really disappointing and was a bad start to our stay.

Really friendly staff, everyone from bellboy downstairs, to reception the and the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. Incredible city views and the room is excellent, no outside noise and great mattress, sheets and bathroom.

The one improvement I would suggest would be better laundry service. Although we received our clothes timely, some of the clothes didn't seem to have been washed at all. Not the standard one expects in these hotels.

Nothing at all, I couldn’t wait to leave.

Many staff don't speak english so it's hard to communicate fluently. The hotel is amazing but need some love, a better manager, many little defects that should be fixed and convert it in a real 5 starts hotel

Always feel personal touch from St.regis. Loved their butler service. Room was in perfect condition. Huge size rooms compared to other japan hotel. Appreciated their surprise for our honey moon ❤️
