Zentis Osaka

The room was modern with a fantastic layout. Everything in the room was high end including a western style shower.

I wish that it had an English tv channel. Likewise, for a east facing room, the early sun made the room very warm in the morning.

Terrible customer service. Emergency admission to hospital 4 days prior to our planned stay but hotel was unwilling to cancel, refusing to even just giving us a voucher for future stay.

Quite new and design oriented. This hotel has the most amazing book collection related to Architecture and Art for guest to read in the lobby. Just like an inspiration corner in the middle of the city with free coffee/tea.

I arrived before the normal check-in time, but they allowed us to check-in anyway. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip in Japan, this was the only hotel that allowed for an early check-in. Being pregnant, this was something we appreciated immensely. Thank you so much!

Very pretty! Lots of wonderful areas to hang out which I appreciated after a long day walking around Osaka! Also coffee in the room and lobby. The amenities were very nice!

Efficient and genuinely caring staff. Welcoming atmosphere and good facilities. I would return to the Zentis Osaka in the future.

Breakfast expensive. Need to think through the menu again for the price asked.

I loved the room! It was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the room clean. It’s close to Osaka station-15 minute walk but what’s better is right across the Main Street you can hop on the bus!

Stayed 3 nights and it was great! Nothing bad to say.

Everything was great. The staff very helpful and polite. The room was spacious for Japan's hotel standards. The view was nice as well.

Nothing, really

I liked the bar on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the bartenders. They are friendly and make great cocktails. The room was good, large enough for 2 folks . Hotel has laundry room which came in handy and the location was close to many restaurants and some nice bars.

Room decor of been a little nicer and additional amenities like lotion.

Very modern and comfortable. Within walkong distance of the subway station.The gym and laundry room were very clean and great amenities. The onsite bar and restaurant were also very nice after a long day of sightseeing.

Very clean, newer and nicely designed hotel. Staff was kind. Rooms were comfortable even though not very big.

The location is a short 10 minutes walk from Shi-Osaka station but a bit far from Dotonbori.

We missed breakfast but enjoyed the snacks in the reception. The staff was friendly and helpful but our stay was very short so difficuelt to tell more. We were only in Osaka for 24 hours on our way from Tokyo to Kyoto.

Not possible to rate when one only stayed one night (less than 24 hours). But in my impression there was nothing that did not work. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Nothing bad to say.

It’s quite a nice hotel plus has a decent laundry facility which is not often the case in Japan.

It’s location is a bit weird and not a lot of breakfast places nearby

Fantastic hotel. Right next to an amazing market, close to transportation, great breakfast, and loved the little Onsen and great place to do laundry in the hotel.

Cool property with cool architecture. Interior design is really beautiful, and the hotel is comfortable and very well located.

Breakfast was not so good, and despite the rating, this is not a 5 star hotel - I would rate it as 4 stars
