In-unit washer/dryer was amazing. Air conditioning was excellent.

The bed was very, very hard.

The bed were comfortable and the location was pretty convenient. Also it is right beside a local market street which you can enjoy nice local foods and other activities.

Clean neat room, 3-4 min away from Metro, 10min from Dotonbori. Bkfast buffet had a lot of items to choose from. Nearby shopping arcade had huge shopping/food choices. Staff was very polite.

Room was very small, no room to unpack suitcase.Breakfast buffet needed a few more standard/Western food items since my stomach struggles with much of the Japanese cuisine.The Hotel restaurant was closed most evenings I was there, not sure when it’s open for dining other than breakfast .

The location is decent: only a 3-minute walk from the nearest metro station, and from there it's about 15–20 minutes to most of Osaka's main attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a solo traveler, and while it has some positives, overall I found it underwhelming for the price. The room was the smallest I’ve encountered in Japan — there was barely enough space to open a suitcase. I had to store my luggage under the bed just to be able to move around.That said, the overall value for money wasn’t great — the price felt too high for the limited comfort and space provided.

It was very clean and in a good location.

This room takes cramped Japanese business hotel to the extreme, the bathroom was as small as possible and there was about a 2 foot wide walkway leading up to the bed and no other walkable space or floor space to put luggage other than fully under the bed.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I love that they supply you with everything you need. It is convenient to all transportation and many shops

The closest smoking area was about 3-4 blocks away and in a poorly lit area.

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was soft and the staff were helpful too. Good location at Minami-morimachi Station and access to Sakaisuji Line and Tanimachi Line.

Rooms are tight for 2 people to be mobile. Not used to these small rooms. I guess I have to understand that I am in Japan. Otherwise I am happy with the choice we made

I liked the stay BUT they forgot to advise me that there was an airport shuttle available for customers, they ordered a taxi instead of offering the shuttle and it cost 12 times the cost of the shuttle. This left a very sour spot on my experience. Ĺ

The room and bathroom were really small. No wardrobe or place to unpack your clothes.

Everything is clean and fresh. A big plus for me is that you can see through your window and even open it for fresh air. A really important feature, not every stay in Japan can offer.Also, the laundry room wasn't too busy, no lines, no problem washing your clothes.

Breakfast lacks variety and almost no veggies/no fruits.

Good location for various Osaka Metro and the loop line. Check in is on a machine as usual. Staff was very friendly and they were happy to help us with luggage storage.The room was good size for Japan and the bed was comfortable.Bathroom was also nice, and the shower had great pressure.We had breakfast too and it was so many options and everything was tasty.Would be very happy to stay again!

Good location. Pleasant amenities.

Check in was not a smooth process. A lot of manual input despite staff on hand. Staff were not forthcoming and helpful on our check in day, however in subsequent days they were better.
