Very centrally location and very new and organized

No hanging place in the bathroom and the toilet has no space for placing our iPhone or iPad, if have more drawers will be great.

Loved the location, the breakfast buffet, the attentiveness of the staff. Our room was spacious and spotless.

The WiFi didn’t work.

This was the most expensive place we stayed in Japan, but it was at the end of our two week tour and we knew we'd want some Western-style luxury. This place DELIVERED! While still maintaining a lovely Japanese influence and inspiration. We ate at the Mizuki restaurant which was a really fun fine dining experience. We also got the breakfast buffet at the main hotel restaurant which was phenomenal, including European and Japanses styles of foods. Highly competent, friendly, and professional staff. Location made getting to the airport for our return trip really easy!

The cleanliness, the staff and how close it was to stores to shop

The property is in a great location to Osaka train station. It was very spacious and even came with complimentary beverages in the fridge. Provided baby cot for our daughter that was clean and already setup when we got to hotel room.

Not much. Only comment was price but compared to other hotels near Osaka station this was worth it.

The hotel was quite a style and facility. Service level was utmost high. Restaurants are 5star specially Teppanyaki MIZUKI. Some of the most fabulous stake you can ever eat and enjoy. The location is center within the station and other services from food to shopping. Highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they have everything you need and more. The room design and furniture are absolutely perfect and beautiful

The washroom and the entrance, if somebody using the shower and other person cannot go out or enter the room. ?

Attentive staff, clean and spacious room with everything you need basically, even a bluetooth speaker. Excellent location. Allow us to check in earlier. Wonderful city view.

Great location in Kitte Osaka. Professional hotel staff, superb hotel room with great view of Osaka . The bed was soo good , love the shower gel etc and also the breakfast has many to choose from and the best Beef Udon ！

The room.

Besides the room is excellent, the stuff’s’ operation is really poor. They are not supposed to work at such a 3 star hotel. Seriously, the stuff operation wasn’t professional I felt. I actually called the customer service to claim about the issue but they called me back around night time. That’s also one of the disappointment point. I thought they are not professional.
