No ref in the room. They only clean the room if you stay more than 3 days. You have to leave the towels for replacement outside your room as well as your trash.
Very easy to check in and check out because of the kiosks in front of the counter. It has English translation so, the hotel is very foreigner-friendly. It’s very close to the station so going to places around Osaka is very convenient.
They don’t have coffee. They only provide green tea in the room.

beds were very comfortable and the location was great near the train station. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and helpful however the breakfast staff were extremely rude. Room was very clean with all the amenities and towels were changed each day. The location was great in the heart of Shinsekai and close to several train stations. There were also some lovely restaurants nearby. I would stay again

Clean room with Good good view Osaka Tower.Good location .pleanty off restaurant and safe area .Near Spa world .Close to JR Shin Imamiya staion and subway stations Dobutsuen-Mae Station(Red line) keep walk 2 minutes.Close to Big Donki mall where are a lot of goods with Free Tax. ..we stayed here for 4 nights with beer welcome drink for the first night .Thank you.
Clean, modern hotel/room right next to Tsutenkaku. Great value
Sadly our view wasn't towards Tsutenkaku so that could've been better.
It’s always. ongested - lobby, restaurant. Space is small.
Very nice bedroom clean, and cosy! I noticed the humidity level inside the room despite the aeration in the bathroom + A/C on dry mode on. There is no housekeeping during the stay, a bit annoying especially when we are on holiday.
We enjoyed our stay at the Joytel Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but very clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. We found the location handy to local train stations, shops and within walking distance to the Osaka Tower and other tourist attractions.
Near subway, late night food available. Don Don Doki was within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the pantry used to be open for use even after midnight.. It’s closed now though there was additional ¥200 charge. And rooms are not cleaned daily

Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating to those who are from outside of the Japan regions. The hotel is great value for Osaka and a nice accessible area too!
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to English speakers. We had to book a last-minute room because we missed our check-in at another hotel due to transportation delays, and Joytel took us in with open arms and a very clean and cozy room in an hours-notice at 11:00 PM! Breakfast buffet in the morning was a bonus (and was only 1650 yen, which was great value for what they served).
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The experience was great.
