    Pros +

    • Good location..
    • Great facilities and amenities. Loved the weird little shower window in the rooms ? Breakfast was a passable mix of japanese and western food and the cleanliness of the hotel and quickness of cleaning/replacing room amenities was great.
    • Lovely hotel. Beautiful view from roof and baths. Great location by Juso station.

    Cons -

    • I am a person who loves onsen.. and this hotel has an onsen.. and then we check in i am excited to deep in their onsen. Unfortunately, the spa is closed.. they write that the staff were absent so they cannot patrol at the onsen area.i am so disappointed because, we chexk in late and the spa is the only thing i Can enjoy because were staying here shortly… but the location is okay breakfast is good. Rooms are small and also breakfast area too. Want to sit on the table area because we have kids..
    • Everything was great! The honest truth :)
    • My number 1 problem with my room was light leaking between the blinds and window right into where your head would be on the bed. They gave me a room on the 2nd floor so all the street lights and signs were directly outside my window and it was very bright all throughout the night, making it hard to sleep and exposing your face to UV damage. I went to the front desk to ask for painters' tape so I could tape the blinds flush against the wall but they only had normal tape which I could not use as I did not want to damage their walls. The front desk staff also told me "all rooms would be the same", which is obviously not the case if you stay on a higher floor. I ended up using the extra cushion to keep the blinds against the wall which made it slightly better. Adding to the problem of being a low floor was the noise level from the streets. For whatever reason there were always car noises and people talking loudly when I'm trying to sleep, even at 3am.There was no luggage rack so you have to place your luggage on the floor. Although the hotel seems to be serious about cleanliness, there's some spots that they could work on, like the corners of the shelf near the door was covered in dust. There was also no good surface to put down your stuff after coming back from outside if you don't like your stuff on the floor. Either you place your bag on the sink or bring it all the way into the bedroom desk. There are some shady-looking touts near Juso station at night so walking back to the hotel didn't feel the safest. The cut-off time for room cleaning at 9am was way too early!! I couldn't get my room cleaned on most of the days.

Truth is, I think this place is alot nicer in person than it shows in pictures. To the point we were both surprised when we entered the hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind, welcoming, and informative. The room itself was perfect for the night we needed there. Not the biggest but plenty for the two of us (and I am by no means a small man).

Everything was great! The honest truth :)

I booked this place as it was one of the few hotels in Osaka that openly declared they were thorough in ensuring no bedbugs. The price was very reasonable as well. Location was great, being immediately visible from Juso station so you can't get lost. You do often have to transfer trains at Umeda station to get around though. There's a three-storey McDonalds' and a few convenience stores nearby if you need food late. The common open-air baths were great as you could watch the clouds overhead while soaking. I also appreciated the fact that the humidifier comes pre-filled with water when you check-in. Pillows were the right amount of fluffiness.

The onsen was lovely, the bed and pillows were very comfortable (and they offer a variety of pillows if you dont like the one you have). Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.

Very clean and the amenities provided in the room are excellent.

The standard room is small but it’s fine for solo stay. It’s a bit tight for a couple.

    9MattPosted on: 5-13-2023

Great spot. Sauna and onsen really good. Breakfast curry smelt amazing but I didn’t catch it. Lots of good food around that’s not on google. Hit the gyoza izakiya around the corner in the mall as well as 2 good takoyaki spots and then there some great places over near the station which is less than 5 min walk. Ever dependable cocoichi and sukiya both also close by for your respective late night food and then post late night breakfast. 3 min train to Osaka/Umeda. A few hostess bars close by and a couple of colourful characters around at night but not too bad.

I was fine but it’s a “pink” area which is a mild red light area which may worry some people. my wife is Japanese and she thought it might be uncomfortable for some.

it's close to Juso station and have public bath.

Toilet wasnt cleaned, there were lots of urinated spots on the seats and under seats. Hotel staff was tried to clean when we are in the room which was not comfortable.

Hotel stay were very friendly & willing to help with a great attitude! They didn't charge us for helping us make a phone call to the lost & found at JR station while the APA chain in Tokyo that we went to afterwards would only help after an extra charge (1,000 yen to make a phone call for a taxi!)

    10ElenaPosted on: 4-14-2023

we loved the area. close to the station, easy to get to Osaka proper. great coffee pod machines in room. loads of great places to eat in the little lanes that surrounded the hotel. And a bus stop right at the doorstep.

our room was a tight squeeze but we were ok with that.

    10AdrianPosted on: 4-8-2023

The staff were friendly. The public bath and sauna were amazing! The location was great too.

Our room was a bit small for two adults and a young child.

Well located very clean hotel. Extra large double bed was much appreciated. I’m not a smoker and was in a smoking room, hotel does a great job negating the smell of smoke.

Starbucks was a train ride away lol

    10DukePosted on: 2-3-2023

Right next to a rain station with a direct train to Kobe. Very convenient. The staff were also very accommodating

    10YuanPosted on: 1-16-2023

location, super friendly staff, comfy room, hot spa and the top roof where we can see the night view which is very precious.

    8AndrewPosted on: 1-7-2023

The staff were excellent, very polite and helpfulthe hotel was clean and so was the room

The room is small with an unusual layout as when you go in the bathroom sink is in a hall way and then there is no room other than the 2 Beds. Also the breakfast they offer consists of curry and salad

    10JamesPosted on: 12-6-2022

The counter staff, who is a trainee himself is very helpful even though he can't speak much English. Please give home credits for his excellence services rendered.

I didn't know Juso is a red light district.

    9ChristianPosted on: 12-5-2021

For unknown reasons I was upgraded to a better room than I ordered. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The roof top bathing facilities were also fine, including the sauna and bath tubs under open air (rotenburo).

I liked the common bathroom alright. However, we were only four people in the room at once. Had we been more, it would have felt crowded.
